ADONIS BELT:
Anyone here that has developed these muscles through exercise? I know you need a low body fat to see it. I just want to know what exercises will make them pop more.
I've researched and so far Ive seen stomach vacuums and side to side hanging knee ups. The stomach vacuum seems a bit unorthodox but anytime I search for the exercise it keeps coming up.
Just want to know if anyone has had success popping these V muscles out.

Went with my wife. We were the only ones there, although it was sunday noon. We first ordered an appetizer. The appetizer was raw salmon with veggies. We werent expecting it to be raw so my wife asked the waiter if he could quickly slap it on the grill and bring it back to us...he declined by saying "thats the way it comes" My wife insisted politely to cook it. He still would not do it. Again, the joint was empty...it wasn't even packed. So after he refused to cook our raw fish, he strolled back to the TV to keep watching the soccer game with a fellow employee. The soccer game was the focus of his duties our whole time there. The main course was okay. Nothing mind blowing. Maybe he thought I was not a worthy customer since I walked in with a Google Offer coupon. Was gonna tip him $20 since I was getting a cheap lunch anyway. But decided to stick with the regular 15% for the lousy service.

I've never eaten upscale soul food. What an exceptional place. Food was amazing, sexy interior, good music, GREAT service. Coming again one day.

This review has been long over due. I've been eating here for a month, and every time I try something new from the menu, they never disappoint. They have a VERY large selection, I guess cause they do catering also. The sweets are exceptional. Salads and hot meals are top notch. Perfect for getting some to go and have a picnic over at Prospect Park. The Acai smoothies mmmm. Everything is so good. I never write any reviews, I always read. But for this place, I owed it to them. Its not a fast food joint, so I would compare them only to other 'healthy food' oriented establishments.

Went to the one in Upper East Side. I guess it just opened. The food was good. VERY spicy even though I ordered mines mild. Food took a little long but it was probably that one time. What I was really impressed with was the dimmed lighting and interior. They really are detailed with their presentation. Very moody, great place for a date.

After throwing up everytime I watch CNN or MSNBC, its nice to know I can count on a no BS news station without the liberal bias. With double the ratings of cnn, its safe to say FOX News is the elite standard in journalism.
