There doesn't seem to have been a lot happening here lately, but there are certainly quite a few Australian games that have been making waves in recent months.

Anyone got any news on them?

Another community that you might want to join if you're an Aussie or if your a game designer (or even both).

Dead and FUBAR'd should be available tomorrow at RPGNow.

I've indexed and hotlinked the PDF file to make it a bit more up-to-date and user friendly for those folks who like their pdfs suitably upgraded.

It's the first time I've tried this, so if it doesn't work, please respond and bear with me.

Thanks for the support everyone.

Hours of research material for those who want games set any time between the Wild West to the American modern era.
Historic American Building Survey - free floorplans

Ran across this on the Cartographers' Guild today. Apparently the Library of Congress has a digitised set of floorplans and engineering drawings for a vast number of old American buildings. If you ever needed floorplans for inspiration, or a saloon bar for an old west game, you should really check this out.

Note that in a search, you can specify 'surveys' which seems to limit the search to only those items that will turn up floorplans.

In addition, they're all in the public domain and most uses fall under fair use, but be sure to check the rights here: http://www.loc.gov/rr/print/res/114_habs.html

This is another method for Australian Game Designers to keep in contact with one another.

At this stage the majority of activity seems to be happening over on Facebook, and this is not meant to detract from the community developing there, it is simply a means to augment the discussions and share news to those who have google plus profiles but not Facebook ones.
