My boyfriend and I went to Tulip on Monday night. Our first time hanging out together was at a Turkish Restaurant, so I jumped on the Groupon to revisit a positive experience. We LOVED it!!! The place is beautiful, the service was excellent. We actually thought that we were the only ones there, because we had such attentive service, but it turned out there were several people sitting outside. The food was delicious and varied. Our food did have tortilla instead of pita for some reason, and some stuff was a little oily... but the flavor and tenderness of the meat overshadowed everything else. The dessert we had is both of our favorite dessert that we've ever had. I wish I could remember the name. It's the second option (and not baklava) So yummy. The place is beautiful, good music and we plan to return regularly even though it's sort of out in the boonies for us bus riders.

First time and for sure the last too, i can not deny that the place is nice, love the decor and the building it self, but the food was way below my expectation, i ordered a hummus appetizer and instead of coming with pita bread it came with taco tortillas (I AM NOT JOKING!!! it actually did), then i had to send back an entree because it was to oily, I'm not picky about food but this was impossible to eat, the replacement plate they sent later was not cook good enough maybe because they were on a rush to send me the food., the worst part it was the server, it seems she really hates her job, really rude and impolite.

Food was good. Don't expect huge portions, but it was enough for me, and it tasted great. I love the view they have of the old industrial downtown. My girlfriend and I plan on coming back soon. I want to try other items on their menu.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tulip. We were wow'd by the fabulous decor; the friendly and accommodating staff (bartender, waiter, and owner); and the delicious food, wine, and dessert. We're going back with more friends in a couple of weeks and look forward to another fun and unique dining experience.

Food, Service and decor are fantastic. This was our 2nd visit and I know there will be many more.
