The Answers in Genesis "Ark Park" project is so dedicated to a realistic reproduction that they are using the exact model of construction crane as Noah.

Which presidential candidate decried the “march of centralized government that is going to destroy the rights and freedom and liberty of the people of this country"?

And are there any Republican candidates who would disagree?

What does this tell us about the motivation for this kind of language?

Discuss!

I'm still working through the implications of what we have learned about ourselves from the study of our not-so-distant cousins, the Neanderthal. The idea that our domestication of canines led to where we are today is fascinating. And you thought that your pet Fido was just a bundle of furry fun!

You owe it to yourself to read The Polkinghorne Reader. Really!

I started fast, John, but my sophomore year was rather dismal. Fortunately, I found a great friend in May of that year who would eventually become my bride (see tip #11), and I learned that I could get more done on 7 hours of sleep than on 6. Maybe that sleep tip should be #18?

Good post!

Like most 3 year olds, our grandson loves Play-Doh. He turns himself into a unicorn, then with a little encouragement from his Papa, he sings a wonderful little ditty:

"I'm making a giant ball!
I'm making a giant ball!
I'm making a giant ball!
I'm making a giant ball--yeah!"

A lot better than a lot of pop lyrics, in my book.

Our grandson loves to make the rubber ducks quack by shooting a stream of water at them. Monkey Joe's, gotta love it!
