Infographic: We wanted to show how technology got to this point of home automation. To make an exhaustive list of everything that contributed, it would take pages upon pages. These are just some of the contributions that helped make automation a reality.

E-Marketing: Hello, it’s you they’re looking for

It’s the three-letter word that many think of as a four-letter word: SEO.

Okay, it’s an acronym, but it’s still one of the more confusing and frustrating aspects of marketing and one that our clients stumble over the most. Over the years there have been many “techniques” for great SEO that got results, but only in the short term. The key to SEO has always been and always will be content.

Unfortunately, content isn’t an overnight solution. It requires time and effort. We do a few things here. Obviously, our first goal is to make or help you make great content. How do we know it’s great? Results and testing and results and testing. Yes, it’s a process.

Content alone is meaningless if you’re users don’t like using your page. More and more, search engines take into account many factors of the user experience. So, we help with that as well. How? Many years of web development and UX experience and, of course, results and testing.

SEO that relies on great content and positive user experience doesn’t rely on fooling the search engines. That means if it works today, it will continue to work when one of the big search engines changes their ranking algorithm.

Long lasting SEO rankings, not overnight spikes. That’s our goal.

E-Marketing: Click, click, campaign

One of our clients was spending hours upon hours creating, let alone managing, their ad campaigns on Ad Words and the like. This is ridiculous. but often just seen as part of the job.
Not at Micronexx, we saw it as a challenge. Our development team worked with a variety of marketing teams to determine what they wanted and how they wish they could do it and developed software that allows users to create highly-targeted but wide-reaching ad campaigns for popular advertising platforms. Provide a collection of key words, two basic ads(for A/B split testing), and launch. Clear and simple tables quickly allow users to watch their ads’ performance and select better performing ads for continued use.

But that was only half the answer. No matter what the ad says, it won’t perform if the customer doesn’t see what they’re looking for on their landing page. So, the developers went back to their keyboards and set about on a new task, dynamic landing pages that respond to the ad content.

The two tools combined serve to provide wide-ranging but targeted ads that lead to relevant pages. All of which adds up to more leads and more conversions. And, for Micronexx, happy customers.
