Family-friendly chain outpost pairs familiar pub fare with an extensive list of house brews.- Google
"Part of the meal was a baked potato, which came as JUST that, a baked potato."
"I am generous and will tip 15% for crappy service."

Good food, Good beer selection, relatively pricey and u can't be in a hurry. 4 stars food, 3 stars prices, 4 stars servers/staff, 2 stars for long waits. for table and long wait for food. Huge place, just doesn't seem to be enough staff.

Went back for a 2nd visit just to get the broccoli cheddar soup and they didn't have it! so I was forced to try something else and I got some brisket burger which wasn't worth it.

Haven't had anything I didn't like. Service is usually pretty good, but I avoid crowds. Did have one ditzy waitress that got nothing right and was slow. I recommend using the mobile app to get on the list before arriving. Then you won't come back to Google reviews crying about people being seated before you that arrived after you. I highly recommend the pizza.

terrible food. I waited 30 mins for a Bison burger which you would expect to get a normal size burger. What I got was a piece of meat that was burnt beyond recognition that was only 1/8" thick. plenty of other places in town that have a whole lot better food than this to go to. And at better prices.

The place started really good, with great food and excellent beers, the only negative note that i had before was that the food always took a long tome to be served. Not sure what happened but the last few times I've been there they have serve the food cold. and the staff seems to be hurried all the time.

The Pizookie at this BJ's is literally the best desert that I have ever had, a melt in your mouth cookie backed in a miniature pizza dish with quickly melting ice cream on top, wow. My favorite is the white chocolate macadamia. Also I highly recommend the Chicago style deep dish pizzas, they are spectacular.

Food is OK. The beer selection is awesome! We usually sit in the bar area where service is very good.

Went in for dinner at party of 2 people, to sit outside, where more than a dozen tables were open. Another couple (of 2 people) that came in after us were seated before us. Once we were seated, we waited for 20 minutes for JUST the drink order, at which I finally had to go ask for a waiter/waitress to come take our drink order. Once we ordered our food we waited 40 minutes for the meal. Once it did reach us we then had to ask for silverware. Part of the meal was a baked potato, which came as JUST that, a baked potato. We had to wait for the waitress to come back JUST to again have to ask for butter, cheese, sour cream & bacon bits for that potato. When the waitress came back she told us there would be an upcharge for the condiments for the potato. At which time I stated these are toppings that come STANDARD for baked potatoes at any other restaurant & if we wanted plain potatoes we would have ordered french fries or mashed potatoes. Upon leaving the restaurant I informed the (or who posed as something in the make of the) manager of all the events that occurred during our visit there. The "manager" seemed less than concerned & offered no, absolutely no, none, resolution whatsoever. No offer of complimentary drinks, appetizers, meal, no attempts at any compensation at all. Thoroughly disgusted, especially with the prices you pay there. Won't be going back here.
