Started working out yesterday. My quads are in rebellion and my back is on strike. Guess I'm a union breaker, because I'm going again today and they're gonna work. lol

Yup, went back today and roughy did 2x yesterday's workout in my available 30 min.

(Note to self: Don't do dips and military press back to back. laugh)
