The food was amazing. I ordered a large pho with beef and it came out with plenty of sprouts, noodles, and meat. I could only finish half but I'm not a large eater. The flavor was amazing and they provide 3 types of spices to jazz up the order. Their egg rolls are also served cut so that a few people can try them. Customer service was great and speedy. I will definitely come back. I've yet to have pho anywhere else in the area that competes. Lunch time can be a bit too busy but their food is prepared and served pretty quick. My leftovers were also delicious that afternoon, full of flavor and satisfaction. Only downside, there is a lack of atmosphere or ambiance. Otherwise this place would be stellar. Great food!

Great pho for cheap! - initially gave a 5 star review. Edit: service is absolutely the worst. We went and met some friends there who had already ordered, and after waiting for 15 minutes and waving at staff multiple times to come take our order, we left. I can understand being busy, but when you wave to get someone's attention and they see you but never come see what you need... that's just awful. If you are somehow able to get the ignorant staff to take your order and actually try the pho, its excellent. Sorry Pho Dan, you've lost a customer for over 2 years. I won't be going back.

Really enjoyed my visit to Pho Dan. The portions are HUGE, tasty and filling. It's also extremely reasonably priced for all the food you get. I had a noodle bowl with vegetables and Tofu. The ingredients were really fresh and the peanut sauce paired really well with it.

Pretty decent pho place, though I personally still prefer Pho Thaison. I think the broth here is a bit on the thin and salty (or MSG?) side.

One of my favorite pho places. Clean with modern decor. Great flavor in their broth and and an extensive menu of different noodle options and other dishes. Quick service. Be prepared to leave full even with the small bowl.

In the past month I have tried almost every Pho restaurant in town being new to Austin. No one has the the tender quality meat or portion sizes as Pho Dan. Same consistent flavors and service every time.

Oh all the Pho places in Austin, this is one of the better ones. There are plenty of Pho places around town that cater to the American taste buds, but this place passes for both the American taste buds and the Asian taste buds. But no Pho is ever as good as mama's!
