The Horchata and a Guaymas Super Veggie Burrito are my favourite. It is rare to order a veggie burrito and get actual grilled veggies: carrots, zucchini, yellow crook neck squash, spinach and potatoes with the expected onions, tomatoes, rice and black beans, let alone an option to add a guacamole and sour cream core. Salsa bar is grand: creamy avocado, brown roasted tomatoes (my favourite), cilantro, diced tomatoes and onions, and a HOT HOT. Bring a friend or expect to eat the other half later.

Their fresh salsa bar AND 2 daily Authentic fresh drinks, (Horchata always) and a fruit, (melon, tamarind, watermelon, pineapple, jamaica-(sic?) = hibiscus flower, which is most often, etc...) really sets this place apart from others. The Mexican restaurant a few doors down, doesn't even offer any of those tasty treats. Consistently good, especially for a restaurant chain. Guaymas is my choice for Mexican, till I find something better, (IF I do?) Try it out! I've been faithful to them for years.

Great fish tacos, great burrito Verde. Self serve water, beer, and sugary options. Staff keeps it real.

An old standby that has absolutely gone downhill of late. It has the frayed ambience of real Mexico, but the portions of late have grown skimpy, the service was never more than perfunctory and the carnitas are more fat that pork. Mas tipico?

Awesome tacos al pastor and pork belly tacos are super good. Fast and service is always very nice.

Somewhat authentic, mostly delicious, moderately pricey. These are the best tacos West Seattle has to offer (from what I've found). You can't go wrong with their carnitas tacos. Any human being could probably do well with three of them. They are a bit more robust than most street tacos; however, they're still expensive for what you're getting. In light of not having an El Camion truck out here, this is probably about as good as it's going to get. I don't recommend the burrito upgrades, though. They quickly make the meal absurdly expensive (almost to Pecado Bueno prices), in the $9+ burrito price range. If spending $3 per taco isn't crazy to you, check this place out. It's good. But it's not a "must try", nor is it too cheap to miss out on. They do have a salsa bar with all of the staples, so that's a huge plus.

Overpriced burrito made from food that must have been left out all day, or dirt hands. Puking and diahhreia all morning. If food poisoning is what you are looking for, here it is.
