Great stuff from +Brad Panovich  on the benefits of G+ for meteorologists
Great video about why meteorologists should be moving from Facebook to Google+. I'm sold.

This is from an Alan Sealls presentation at the NWA Conference. I like the list, and I would add a few words/phrases:
- isolated tornado (aren't they all isolated?)
- persons (no one outside the NWS talks like this!)
- just about anything with the word "activity" - tornadic activity, rain activity, etc

What are your weather word pet peeves?

Does anyone have the new Twitter on their PC (web version) yet? The Twitter blog says if you update your iOS Twitter app you will get access to the new version for your PC, but so far nothing.
