Fantastic article exploring the "hype cycle" around MOOCs and innovative blended learning mdoels
A lot can change in a year. Twelve months ago, the traditional universities were doomed, condemned to irrelevance by an onslaught of MOOCs. Not every last one of them was going to die; Sebastian Th...

A future of unlimited bandwidth and truly connected devices will enable us to go way beyond online classes to create "widely accessible immersive, interactive, real-time learning experiences"

Education technology is booming right now. Between the constant innovation of startups in the space and the giant companies working to improve their products, there has perhaps never been a more exciting time in the space than the last few years.
What should you expect this year from MOOCs, LMSes, and more?

Here are the slides from my talk at the "Society of Clinical Research Associates" last week in Philadelphia. As mobile and social eat the world, we can accelerate the pace of clinical research and dissemination of medical advances by creating a more open, collaborative research and publishing system.
These are the supporting slides from my talk at the Society of Clinical Research Associates conference on "Harnessing Social Media to Advance Clinical Research"
