Wiring problems created through the new home construction process are almost never uncovered through your inspection and become larger issues down the road which should have been corrected by the builder before you sign off on your new home.

To solve this problem, give us a call to schedule an inspection service which you can use to help your builder correct these issues before you take final possession. (239) 597-1789

A chandelier can transform a whole room. They come in many different styles and sizes. We can install one for you even if there was no #chandelier there before.

There are many electricians in town who are not licensed and insured. Be careful when choosing an #electrician because you want to avoid the pitfalls of hiring an unlicensed and uninsured electrical contractor:

Don't be afraid to ask for their credentials before agreeing to any type of work to be done at your home or business.

If the electrical contractor:

- Has no insurance - YOU are liable on your homeowners policy if an accident occurs while on your property.

- Is not licensed - Any work done on your property is ILLEGAL because they can't pull permits or record work done for you.

ALWAYS ask for credentials to avoid these pitfalls.

Of course, A/C Electrical Services is properly licensed and insured for all work residential, commercial and industrial.

Important things we think you should know:

1. Before buying a home, have an electrical inspection - The usual home inspector will not check out the electricity as thorough as an electrician will.

This is even more important if the home is older because the electrician will tell you if the home is wired to code and if there are problems that need to be fixed, you will know before final purchase.

2. Please don't overload your outlet - You may have space to plug in another power strip but that doesn't mean you should do it. An electrical outlet is made to handle a certain amount.

Overloading your outlet with more than it can handle could result in a blown circuit or fire. If you need more power, an electrician can help redistribute the loads.

3. Electricians do not repair appliances - If your refrigerator stops working, contact the place you purchased the appliance or an appliance repairman. On the other hand, if the outlet that the appliance is plugged into is causing you problems, we can help with that.

If you have any electrical questions or need new wiring or repairs, give us a call.

There are many things to consider when setting up a new home theater, media room or corporate meeting room.

Many items are often overlooked from the screen size to the lighting and wiring etc. Always hire a professional #electrician so that everything will work properly and to avoid problems that may show up later.

When you see birds sitting on power lines you may think that these power lines are safe. The only reason birds do not get electrocuted when sitting on power lines is because they are not touching the ground at the same time.

This is the time of year when people are decorating their homes for the holiday season. If you still have some decorating to do or if you have already put up all of your holiday decorations read this...

Holiday decorations are fun and pleasing to the eye but they can also be a fire hazard if used incorrectly.

You may need to have new circuits installed to handle the load especially if you are planning on decking the halls, windows and outside.

If you are experiencing flickering lights or just to be on the safe side, give us a call to check out your home to ensure your electrical system can handle the load of your holiday decorations.
