Quite simply the best place to have brunch in Uptown Dallas. Great atmosphere. I loved the Mango Fizz for cocktail and the Julio's Huevos for food (can't judge the rest of the menu). Be prepared to wait for your table if you walk in because the place gets really busy for brunch, but a 20-minute wait ended up being only 10, so don't go anywhere. Some people writing reviews have commented on the service. My service was fine, although the place was packed. I'll definitely be back.

As a server I understand what goes on behind the scenes. I get being busy or weeded. I get if you're having a bad day. But if you make your money off tips, how can you make any money when you just flat out ignore your tables? We were sat in a section where 4 different servers were working in. All were present. None of them came to greet us. None of them even looked over here. We sat for about 5 minutes(I counted) after we had already sat and waited for someone to come say hi. Finally, a waiter walked over (no one introduced themselves so I can't tell you a single name) and said our server was tied up and would be over in a moment. We asked for coffee and he said he'd go get it. We waited and waited. Saw him again and he was doing other things. Then another server finally brought our coffee, asked us if we were ready to order, and when we said yes he goes "Oh, I'll go get your server." Why ask if you're not gonna take the order? This girl walks up to us and asks what she can get for us, takes the order, and walks away. We think she is our server? We don't know. No hello. No greet. No.. anything. And then our food comes out quickly after. We got our food quicker than we got service or our drinks. By the way, my food was okay.. not that she came by to check or anything. Then she just asked about checks.. Maybe I needed something else? Not that she would know. She did the same thing with two other tables. I do not write reviews. I'm not high maintenance. But as a server you represent the business. You make the business their money. And I won't be back solely based on service from not just who we think was our waitress was, but the rest of the servers too. Not sure where our waitress disappears to. Some kind of black hole or something. Oh and I found out the servers name was Bailey. Can someone ask her to smile or something?

This place has lovely ambiance and even better food. I had the new Diablo Bloody Mary and the Crab eggs Benedict. Both were wonderful. Our server was prompt and very friendly. A tip is to ask to sit in the indoor garden room courtyard that is filled with plants and a skylight which makes you feel like you are eating outdoors without all the bugs or heat.

Great place for brunch. I had the migas and it was great. Several of the people in our party had the chicken and waffles which looked awesome. It came with a spicy gravy that looked delicious. Great spot in Uptown to come an relax in the early afternoon.

They let us sit with our dog outside which was nice. Our waitperson was very nice and speedy. The variety of Benedicts was great and they tasted just as good the next day. The Fosters waffle was also really great, they have the best whipped cream, not that crappy stuff.

First off the food is amazing and a great deal if you can go during the happy hours. The pork sliders are the bomb as are the flat breads. However. Our waiter left us very disappointed. At first he was slightly awkward and clumsy as he took our order, and we just passed it off as it must be his first day. No biggie. He brought me my drink Brunch Punch, and proceeded to pour the champagne too quickly before I could stop him. It flooded the glass and spilled all over the table. I told him it happens, and he just stared at me as I started to clean it up. He came back with a new glass and said it was on the house, I thanked him and we proceeded to our meal. After we finished we waited a long time for him to come back before flagging him down. He never refilled the water glasses, and brought the check. My on the house drink was still on the ticket, so I asked him about it. He said just the new bottle of champagne was left out. Well ok. I feel awful, but his waiter skills really need some improvement. You don't say "this drink is on the house" if it's not.

The food was great. We were seated fast even though they were very very busy. The service started out fast. However, after we received out meals, the service suddenly became slow and we did not see our server for 15 minutes.
