Had a great experience at this restauraunt. I had the rib eye steak and my wife had the filet mignon. We also shared the bone marrow app. Everything was outstanding and will be coming back.!

Waited 20 minutes for the server to let us know that they were a little behind in the kitchen and taking a long time for the baked oysters..another 20 minutes went by and I informed waiter to send appetizers without the oysters...she informed the manager and she quickly apologized it was taking so long for our Entrees...We were still waiting for appetizers?? end of meal there was no appology or remorse of any kind from the manager...Not Happy!...

The restaurant is beautiful, décor is really original, greenery, wood, etc. Service on a scale of 1-10 (one being poor) was 5. They gave me a rare steak, ordered medium well, then brought be a burnt piece of meat. The manager did come to apologize, but my dinner was ruined. My husband ate his, but felt horrible that I sat there picking his food. Then after ordering dessert and coffee, my husband got his and I again waited like an idiot (I don't drink his coffee otherwise he would've given it to me). Drinks were good, appetizers were good. The excuse the waitress gave us was " it was a long day"....and honestly although I do understand the job (I was a waitress at some point), it's a pretty crappy excuse. Because as a customer, I am paying crazy money for a pretty poor service.

Food: Excellent! Perfectly marbleized meat! This is not your average steakhouse, has excellent non-steak dishes, too. Drinks: Excellent. Great wine. Space: This is where sexy and sleek meet a steakhouse?!?! Has to be the coolest steakhouse in nyc. Very in-line with the other Stillman Restaurant groups (Hurricane and Park Avenue). Scene: People watching. Romantic. This place is always packed and the afterwork spot for women who want to meet corporate types. Crowd: 20-50s Pick-up scene. Great for date night or get togethers. Service: Excellent, very courteous & professional.

1. Stick to wine. They have a nice wine selection and helpful staff. The beer selection is naive and shallow as are the cocktails. A martini contains Vermouth. If I wanted a glad of gin shaken, I'd order it as such. Olives were lovely, but not for a martini. Spirits should not be made available of they cannot be handled with the same care as the wine. 2. Salad in nice small bites of iceberg served in a bowl begs for a giant spoon, as anyone with remotely adequate fork skills will have issues. The ceasar salad is unremarkable and not with getting. 3. Bread. Don't bother. 4. Creamed spinach was ok. Served in a metal bowl in a Yorkshire pudding bowl. No bowl, again please. Spinach was OK. Pastry was unnecessary. 5. Sirloin. Not what I'd normally get. Lean tough steak by nature. Unfortunately the porterhouse and others are for two. Good steak, but not preprared as well as expected. Overly salted. Correct temperature, nicely scorched. 6. Dessert. Sticky Toffee cake microwaved and served in a large rocks glass with a side of glaze and fig ice cream. Another asinine container. Simple dessert done so well so often, but not here. Excellent coffee. I'm disappointed overall. This would be a mediocre Atlanta dining experience. The hype is far beyond reality. Sub par overall, and expensive. A great disappointment. I wish I weren't full of steak, so i could have another go at dinner someplace else.

Beast steak I've ever had. I had the filet and a friend had the ribeye. I loved my steak, but got to taste the ribeye and it was ridiculously good. I'll be back with my wife for sure.
