My husband and I recently spent a week at this hotel and were happy it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, was clean and comfortable. We really liked having the fridge in our room and made use of the microwave located in the gift shop for snacks. Housekeeping did a great job every day. We thought the pool area was quite nice and the free wifi and parking was a nice perk. The bus to Disneyland was super convenient and took us from the hotel doors right to the Disney entrance. The bus runs every 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again on our next trip to Disneyland.

I had booked my stay for this hotel in the beginning of Feb for 4 nights. We loved it so much, we even stayed an additional night!! I feel very compelled to leave a review and tell you all how excellent my vacation/stay here was. Especially since I read all these reviews the night before leaving for our trip and was terrified that I was going to a bad hotel. I am a very picky person and demand excellent customer service from anywhere I do business as we all should be treated above and beyond when spending our hard earned money:) There were 5 of us total, my 3 children, fiancee, and myself and we all agree that we had an amazing stay. We were close to Disney Land, but on a quiet street. We loved going swimming/hot tubbing after our DisneyLand days. We loved the in-house RESTURAUNT, food was great as were the empl I felt very taken care of and am so thankful to the Holiday Inn Anaheim Resort for helping make our vacation amazing. **In addition, we were in a room with 2 doubles, I never heard people in the rooms next to us, or above us, and our room was in great condition with a very nice TV. My room was very clean, well prepared, and definitely did not smell of smoke. (I have an asthmatic daughter and pay close attenetion to those things) We will stay here for all of our future Disney Land vacations!!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities were very nice, the room was average, but the staff was HORRIBLE! The staff was rude, not helpful, lied to us several times. Not a good experience.

Just spent a week at this hotel and loved it. We had 2 rooms, wife and I in one, and daughter and her family of 5 in the other. ( 3 kids aged 5, 4, and 2). Found everything to be very clean, nice out of the way location with decent shuttle service to Disneyland, but also within walking distance IMHO. Decent pool and hottub and excercise room, although who would need that after so much walking :) Kids ate free at the restaurant the whole time, made it very economical. Staff was overall really good with some real jems, just avoid the time-share garbage. Still don't have ESPN, I didn't care. Although I didn't rate as high as Shelby did, I most certainly agree with that assessment of the hotel and highly recommend.

We were disjointed with our visit to Holiday Inn. First of all the beds were very squeaky, which caused me to wake up every time my husband moved. Second, the ac unit kept making a loud clicking noise every time it would turn on. Third, our TV did not work, So we had to mess with the wires to fix it. Their prices are high for the quality you receive. They also do not offer a continental breakfast for free.

This is by far, one of the nicest Holiday Inn's that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are quite large... the beds comfortable and a nice large bathroom. For the money, I would recommend this hotel as one of the best values in the Disneyland area.
