One of the big problems that I find with digital imaging is the inherent backlog of images to process. With film it was relatively easy, what you saw was what you got and as a result flinging out crappy images was a very simple task. With digital I'm discovering that while I still end up deleting a whole bunch of images most of the keepers still need some or a lot of tweaking. Tweaking takes time and to be honest I would much rather be doing something active, outside than sitting on my ass behind a computer.

Here is an image from this past March in Iceland. One of the few images that I managed to work on today. The Aurora was quite spectacular on this evening and as an added bonus a close to full moon that painted the area with light along with snow that reflected quite a bit of light as well.
