Huh.  Well, I haven't been HERE for a while.  I guess it's still chugging along.  Kinda funny how that works.

Started reading the Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath today. And man, she's inspired me to work a bit harder in my writing. She writes so beautifully, even in her personal journals that I can't help but feel like a slacker.

I am fail. :c I haven't done any writing since my 13k sprint. But at least I have the excuse of two jobs. Yay, 11am-8pm work days.

Final word count of the day: 13.3k! I can't help but feel proud of myself. :)

Truck at 6am just seems really cruel to me, somehow. Probably because I have another shift to do at my other job. Hnnngh, sleep is dead, long live our caffeine tyrant.

10k shoutout, y'all!

Thursday Croskey was a rather interesting girl, and that was exactly the way she liked it. She had long, wavy red hair of a shade that was just on the border between natural and unnatural and she certainly wasn't about to tell you which was which. She wore the kind of clothing that could only be found on clearance racks, at Goodwill, or in the back of one of those strange independent boutiques you could sometimes find in a downtown area, all bright colors and clashing styles meshing together in a seemingly impossibly visually pleasing way. She liked to use words that her friends didn't know the definitions to, and to smile that mischievous smile while she refused to explain them. She enjoyed the power that came from knowing almost everything about anyone, and yet being quite unknowable to them. She was, in a manner of speaking, a bit of a brat. She also had a problem.
