"Generally" means some don't understand it. Google+ doesn't do that for OGP and it still uses escaped_fragment. Other sites such as Twitter doesn't recognize either.
We need a standard. There ARE bots other than Google search engine.

ABC Day 5

We had Kabuki, Japanese music and circus acrobatics (during the break).

Yamashita’s talks were very much like his online notes. So there we are. Yamashita (and later Mochizuki on Skype) referred to previous talks for answers to some questions. Readers may recall that earlier some questions were answered by saying that answers would come later. This subject may be locally trivial, but it seems to have infinite monodromy.

I am now lost, so the mathematical content of this last post will be minimal.

The Skype session was lively. Mochizuki started by recalling some questions asked in the previous session and by acknowledging that perhaps not all the lectures brought clarity. At the end he spoke again saying that this should be viewed as the beginning and encouraging people to continue and he’d be available to answer questions. Many people asked lots of questions and, although not everything was satisfactorily answered, there was some information passed. Tan asked an interesting question. One of the constructions involves a a kind of a log map which is iterated infinitely many times and his question was why once was not enough. I didn’t feel the answer, which took some time coming, was illuminating. Dupuy had lots of technical questions that Mochizuki answered. Except for the few people that already studied IUT, I felt that Dupuy was the one that made the most progress learning the stuff. He told me afterwards that he indeed made progress but is nowhere done yet. He also told me he would take Mochizuki up on his offer and continue to work on understanding the work.

I was tired and lost and decided to bail out of Yamashita’s last hour and Fesenko’s wrap-up. Sorry to finish in an inconclusive way. Maybe someone else will be able to add to this.

wktk

> Sometimes asking accessibilityIsIgnored() will cause the newObject to be deallocated, and then it will disappear when this function is finished, leading to a use-after-free.
