Wanting your employees to fail because of personality conflicts is a sign of your poor management skills.  It's a #morale  killer and a dangerous game to play.

Even when I pay a little more at one store vs. another, that's where I'll go when the employee morale is high- because it coresponds to great customer service.  And that means they'll get my hard earned money.   #morale   #customerservice   #customerexperience

1.  React emotionally to bad news.
2.  Make decisions- then forget what you said.
3.  Repeatedly drop the F-bomb.

Fear, threats and intimidation in the office don't motivate people.  They create anger, resentment, and turnover.
