My son and I took a tandem parasail over Bay lake on his 13th birthday. It was incredible to view WDW from 500' up. You could see everything.

You're kidding right? How can the original resort at Disney World be anything less than 5 stars? The Wave bar on the ground floor is one of the best on the entire Disney property. The monorail runs THROUGH the hotel, and can take you to EPCOT and the Magic Kingdom painlessly. The restaurants are excellent, the rooms are wonderful, and the view is great if you're in the main tower. It's one of the places you have to stay in your lifetime at Disney.

Bought my father the parasailing package for his birthday, he and my mom went up together while my FI and I watched from the boat. The crew were great and it was definitely an experience to remember.

The worst experience ever, charged my family $780.85 for paint chipped off one of the JET SKIS yet, he stated that his worker could paint the jet ski. Very dishonest people!

Guest safety is our top priority! We make every effort to prevent accidents, still, they happen from time to time…. please look at the positive side, you only damaged the Personal Watercraft, none of your family was injured by reckless driving—you got lucky, it could have been much worse! We understand, that getting into an accident could put a damper on your vacation as no one likes to receive an unexpected bill, but please remember it was you that got into the accident and you are responsible for your own actions and the cost of damage caused. We try to prevent accidents by: 1) Having you read a Waiver and Release Form that expressly states the dangers and risks involved in the activity as well as makes clear that the guest is responsible for any damage caused to the Personal Watercraft! 2) We ask you to read a “Rules of the Road” placard that spells out the best practices of safe driving as well as the consequences of the accident. 3) The Instructor/guide takes you down to the dock and gives you a thorough safety briefing and demonstration on how to operate the Personal Watercraft and answers any questions you have on the operation of the Personal Watercraft before you go out. 4) We bring you to a buoyed off area, separated from all other boat traffic (to minimize the chance of accidents with other boats) and have a guide with a radio supervising the area, ready to assist you if you need any help! These are the steps we took in regards to your accident….to say we were “dishonest” we DO NOT believe is a fair statement as we made every effort to minimize the impact on your vacation. 1) The accident was observed by our guide and he quickly responded to make sure you were safe from injury. All parties involved acknowledged the damage done to the Personal Watercraft (PWC)! The guide radioed to base what happened and it was decided that since nobody was injured and the PWC’s were still safe to operate, that the guest could complete their time on the water as they were enjoying themselves. 2) Upon arrival back at the dock the accident was documented with photos, witness statements, and reports of what happened and damage caused. We completed an estimate and explained the charges to the guest, which they agreed with and signed off on. We explained that the estimate will be the maximum charge, if the actual cost is less then we will charge the lower actual bill, but we will not bill for more than the estimate. 3) WE DO NOT DO THE REPAIR WORK OURSELVES EVER… WE HAVE ALL DAMAGED PERSONAL WATERCRAFT REPAIRED BY A CERTIFIED SEADOO REPAIR SHOP! The actual bill($1252.97), which was more than the $780.85 estimate we charged you for….so, as you can see accidents are not good on the pocket book for either the guest or the business and that is why we make every effort to prevent them! Future guests take reviews seriously, please be fair with your words. You did all of our activities and had a great time, it is very unfortunate that you had a PWC accident. We made every effort to keep you safe and make this process as painless as possible. Please take responsibility for your own actions. If you would like a copy of the bill, please contact us!
