Finally! Someone. Apple seems to be the only company that cares about privacy, yet they embed fb's app in their OS. Isn't that a contradiction?

Strokes per lap has almost nothing to do with stroke efficiency. If you want to swim in open water you might want to take a look at swimsmooth. Pushing a longer stroke, for your body type, in open water and at distance will exhaust you. Watch 10k open water races on YouTube and see if you can see anyone using TI. Good luck with your swimming.

In 1998, says Monica Lewinsky, “I was Patient Zero of losing a personal reputation on a global scale almost instantaneously.” Today, the kind of online public shaming she went through has become a constant. In a brave talk, she takes a look at our “culture of humiliation,” in which online shame equals dollar signs — and demands a different way.

Quick, good explanation
I started self-measuring my deep sleep with the Jawbone Up 10 days ago. The amount of deep sleep I was getting immediately caught my eye..

The documentary every high school student, college student, and recreational drug user must see (The students for educational purposes)
With unprecedented access, CARTEL LAND is a riveting, on-the-ground look at the journeys of two modern-day vigilante groups and their shared enemy – the murderous Mexican drug cartels. In the Mexican state of Michoacán, Dr. Jose Mireles, a small-town physician known as "El Doctor," leads the ...

EMERGENCY ROOM. 1/3/2016 Arrived at 3PM, this review is being posted at 10:59PM, still here. Completely packed, but the one star goes to the corporation. I have seen five securities (on and off) who are very effective at containing the situation when someone complains about the waiting. Only three RNs at the front, doing clerical work. Checking people in, temperature, vitals, all. The father of a little girl (the little one was in extreme pain) got kicked out of the room for speaking out. I have been with Kaiser for years. This is the first wrong I see. A guy laying down on the floor crying, he's told that there are no beds available, he wants to leave, apparently he came yesterday as well. I wish I could take a picture, but that would violate his privacy I feel for the three people doing all the heavy lifting.

All the complaints written here are legitimate. Noise, hidden fees, even the sheets. None of that bothered me. The only comment I'll make is cost, it isn't cheap.
