For over 60 years Alan Hooker’s love of preparing fresh foods, and the engaging quality of eating from The Ranch House garden’s bounty with others was legendary. Bringing the garden into the restaurant was his legacy, and we are committed to continuing that tradition, and using fresh ingredients in our scratch kitchen. All of our produce is organic and sourced locally from small farms. All of our seafood is the highest level of sustainability, our meats are organic, grass-fed, free-range and raised antibiotic and cruelty-free. Our menu changes daily so that we can bring you the best quality ingredients, and produce in its peak season. No freezers, no fryers or microwaves… only good fresh food.
