** Please note this is a one-hour event from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28.

UC students, please join University of California President Janet Napolitano and your student colleagues from across the UC system for a one-hour conversation about topics of interest including tuition, undocumented students, diversity, climate change and student veterans. President Napolitano will share her priorities and hear directly from students about their concerns, hopes and challenges.

This is the first in a series of Google hangouts President Napolitano will hold to help foster an ongoing dialogue with the UC community.

Joining President Napolitano in the Jan. 28 hangout will be:
-- Cinthia Flores, UC student regent, student at UC Irvine School of Law
-- Lewis Luartz, campus organizing director of UC Riverside Graduate Student Association, secretary and finance officer of UC Student Association, graduate student at UC Riverside
-- Paul Malone, president, Student Veterans Organization, UC Santa Barbara
-- Safeena Mecklai, board chair, UC Student Association, student at UC Berkeley
-- Kristen Taketa, UCLA Daily Bruin reporter, student at UCLA

We’ll be taking questions from our online student audience. Students, post your questions in the comments section before the hangout, or live during the session. Just sign in with your Google account.

See you 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28!

This Hangout On Air is hosted by University of California. The live video broadcast will begin soon.
