The appetizer round was lack luster but the entree round made up for it. I had the wild boar taco and the lobster tacos.

We have been to Table Mesa three times since it opened. This was the first time I was truly disappointed. Hopefully it had more to do with what I ordered than a deeper problem with the restaurant itself. Briefly, we ordered a whole bottle of sangria. It was the weakest sangria I’ve ever tasted. Normally sangria’s primary ingredient is WINE. So I’m confused as to how sangria could be weak unless it was poorly made. Second, I ordered steak tacos. They were dry and served alone on the plate. The pieces of steak were large and chewy. The server never asked how things were - she seemed preoccupied and inattentive.
