Fun to go here when it's low tide. I like it because there are bathrooms and great hiking trails, and it's free. Only down fall is minimal parking, sometimes you have to wait for a space to open up.

Neat little man made reef just of coast! Loads of aquatic life! Park rangers open gate for divers to unload gear, filled crab and oyster limits (3 guys) in under 30 minutes. Definitely going again...

All state parks are no longer free its 10 dollars for a daily pass or 30 dollars for a year pass. The money is worth it because that money funds the parks. They almost shut down tolmie state park due to lack of funds. That plant gooey duck, Oscars, steamer clams, and horse clams. Its very fun to go clam digging, but make sure u don't take more than ur limit.there's also crab out there. They are so delicious!! Its a wonderful family activity.
