Bruce, from what I recall, going over 10.78 causes other 'heavier' elements to precipitate. It seems this would happen if you go up to 12.1. This has been termed 'Gilcrest Precipitate' which is something they say to avoid contaminating the precipitate with. Are you raising to 12.1 after going lower - did I miss something?
