I normally never get appetizers - but I can confidently say that you will not regret ordering the buffalo wings. I've eaten a lot of vegan food substitutes, but have never come across anything like this - the bleu cheese and ranch dipping sauces were also excellent. This place has such an expansive menu I didn't know where to start - so if you are planning a visit - try to schedule multiple trips here.

Great vegan food..Very flavorful! I had the Cuban sandwich ( probably authentic tasting, I wouldn't know)! The banana bread French toast was delish too. And the green chili hash dish was very southwest flavored. Most items on the menu seemed like they won't disappoint. The rose kombucha was amazing!!

I have always loved this restaurant. I don't eat there as much as I used to since they moved but I enjoy the sister/brother restaurant City o City that moved into Watercourses old space. The healthy dishes are creative and delicious. Portions are too large but you can carry the extra with and have another meal. It is so nice to see a non chain restaurant achieve such success.

Hands down our favorite vegetarian restaurant in Colorado. We love the tofu and chips, the seitan wings, the unchicken and waffles. Any time we are in Denver we try to go here.

This review is to highlight the excellent customer service I received from manager Shelly Waters at Watercourse. I have patroned Watercourse several times, and because of each positive experience, decided to treat a visiting friend here. During our visit, the food was good but service from our waitress was less than courteous. Knowing Watercourse as a great establishment, I shared my less than on par experience with Shelly. She appreciated my feedback and invited us back for a better experience. The redo was amazing: delicious food and exceptional service. Watercourse is dedicated to customer satisfaction and each meal being a positive experience. I will continue to recommend this establishment.

What can I even say about this place? Every time I get off the plane at DIA, I go straight there! They have everything, and although they occasionally change up the menu (which is the only real negative I have about it, because they removed my favorite dish that was on the menu for 3 years when I was 8 MONTHS PREGNANT!!!!!), even when they made it vegan, it was a non-issue for even meat eaters. The seitan is amazing all around! The vegan seitan buffalo wings are the best in the world, as is the vegan ranch dip (a real dip, not watery dressing). The seitan sandwiches are to die for! They do need more bread options. Again, they took away the Boston Cream pie, which was the best desert I had ever tasted in my life, thank goodness when I was not pregnant, but alas. Kids menu is great, fair prices. You can spend $70 for a family of 6 to eat and walk away ready to explode with 2 arms full of to-go food. Some of the male waiters frequently wear daisy dukes, which is a little distracting, but hipsters will be hipsters! Also, the milkshakes..........

It is so refreshing to find places in the Denver area that are healthy and delicious vegetarian restaurants with options for every type of foodie. I have never had a bad experience here and have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner several times. They have so many options and are always changing their menu. Their home brewed kombucha is always incredible too! The service has always been great.

This is my favorite restaurant in the city and I stop in whenever I'm in town. Try the breakfast burrito!
