I realllly want to like this place.. the food is great but the service is terrible!! I have been going almost everyday for over a few months. When you order a sandwich that takes a little while which is ok since its made fresh, i just have a problem when they hand your order to someone else as you have been waiting too long! pay attention! For breakfast it was frustrating to get an order placed and they have all these signs that say free organic coffee with platter. I opted for 4 ingredient egg sandwich, the cook asked if i would like potatoes as its the same price? i say no.. then at the counter i inquire about the coffee. Turns out that is for the platter order only.. so when you order a sandwich priced well over the platter they don't accommodate you?? i even asked again noticing the platter listed on the receipt?? its not so much i wanted a free coffee, its the principal of it! i ordered a green juice instead.. not sure about going there anymore.. maybe bring my own organic food to work :(

I get soup and half sandwich. The quality is good. But there are a lot of people standing around and getting in each other's way as I ask for my order, it involves 3 or four people, and the sandwich provided is wrong as often as not. Its like a poorly run McDonalds with better food

I spoke with the owner. He really knows his stuff. Eg won't use Horizon milk due to company misleadings. He wants everyone to be healthy and happy. I thanked him for being a good man and for providing enjoyable healthy organic food.

This is the only Mangia in the city that is both Organic and Vegan!!! The delicious salad bar is made of the freshest and the best quality local produce. We recommend Morrocan Grilled Shrimp Salad and Telera Hot Sandwich. Even their Miso soup is better than in most Japanese restaurants. It is a true hidden gem right in the midtown where pickings are slim!

It's true about the revolving staff-- I worked there a bit and saw quite a few people let go in the month I was there. Oh, then I was let go too. They treat the workers very poorly here. Great chef, however, and great food. They DID pay me everything that was due me, so there's that.
