Tonight I'm trying out a gluten free and sugar free banana cake ....not that I'm wheat intolerant but my mum is a coeliac and my dad is a total health freak and doesn't eat refined sugar

I don't eat refined sugar either, unless I get an irresistible urge to do so......haha
Don't forget to post a final product, the recipe sounds a bit suspicious 😜

I made this yesterday... and tried coconut yoghurt - not coconut flavoured yoghurt but dairy free yoghurt made from coconut. It was really nice but expensive!

If I added you to my circles...
It's probably because I found your posts interesting or funny or maybe we have something in common :-)

If you added me...
Thank you for adding me. I will do my best to check out your profile and add you back if I find something interesting :-)
I have to admit I don't do this religiously so I hope I don't miss anyone amazing!
I don't tend to add people with empty profiles and I'm certainly not interested in online dating, creeps, stalkers & inappropriate communications.

I take my rabbits to this vet and they have always been really good. It's difficult to find a vet that knows how to deal with rabbits and although Belinda is not a rabbit expert, she certainly knows more about them than the other vet I saw. She recently helped my rabbit get over a bout of GI statis. She even went out to the supermarket especially to buy him fresh vegetables to try and tempt him into eating again.

I needed a new shed and I found Dene's details here on G+. I also looked at his Checkatrade ratings and decided to give him a go. Along with his trusty side-kick and despite the rain, he made a sturdy base with wooden joists and decking. The assembly instructions for the shed were not correct, fortunately he was experienced enough for this not to be a problem. I am very pleased with the result... he even reduced the original quote when it turned out the job took less time than first anticipated. Only one very small niggle was that he'd booked me in for the Friday & Saturday. On the Friday he told me he couldn't come and finish the shed until the Bank Holiday Monday which scuppered my plans of using the weekend to transfer all the stuff from my old garage to the new shed. I'd definitely recommend Dene to anybody.

The Mogul deliver a consistently good curry. Obviously it's not "authentic" Indian food but the standard Anglicised curry, none-the-less, it's usually very nice and reasonably priced. The staff are lovely. Recommended.

My last review was disabled - probably flagged by somebody who work for this place no doubt. So much for the freedom of speech! Meat market. Young people mainly - on the pull so ideal if you are looking for that kind of thing. The times I've been the service is terrible - youngsters with no sense of urgency and poor observation skills - no idea who should be served next. Only go here on "work-nights-out" as part of the crawl...we usually only stay for one.

I've been to play tennis there a few times now as a guest. Indoor courts are good but always very busy. The coaching staff are excellent and also friendly. Can't say the same for some of the other staff, in particular a woman there that seems to be management on the front desk. Very rude and arrogant. I had to fill out a form and I mentioned that the last time I came I had filled it in and asked specifically NOT TO BE SPAMMED. But they did. Email AND they called my land-line! She gave me a dirty look and said, "It has to be filled out for health and safety reasons," I said, "Well you don't need my email address for health and safety reasons." She replied in an extremely unfriendly manner, "Yes we do." Seriously?! Not only was she rude but also stupid and was foolish enough to think I was too. Come on David Lloyd, you can get better staff than that! If I'm going to be paying £100 + a month for the privilege of using your facilities, I don't want to be dealing with awful people like her - she gives your company a bad name. Also, quit with the spamming and forceful sales pitch - it's extremely off putting.

A soulless heart that only beats to the hum drum. The same shops you see in every other high street, plus a load of empty shops. Uninspiring and boring.
