We had the best possible car buying experience at Allen Toyota! Our salesman, Lee was knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. He took the time to keep in touch with us as we considered our options. John in parts gave us great information that really helped us make our decision. Melissa in financing really clarified our best financial options--she made sure we understood everything before we signed any papers. Lee, John, and Melissa really gave us sound advice that helped make our experience great. We got the truck we've both wanted for years! I give Allen Toyota the highest possible recommendation!

Always get it in writing! While the service department did their usual excellent and relatively quick oil change/maintenance on my 2013 Rav4, I am disappointed. Steven Nance, who was the salesman when I bought my car, promised me verbally that I could have my car DETAILED each time I brought it in for a service and washed anytime I wanted to bring it in otherwise. He made this statement in the presence of the new car manager, James Usey. Both of these men no longer work for the dealership, so I have no proof of the promise made. That's a lesson for me--and I'm old enough to know--always get sales promises in writing or take your chances. I do still love my Rav4, though!!

Update from 4 months ago. Still no reply from anyone. Use to think very highly of this place. Bought my brand new 2012 Tundra from here. Made appointment for an alignment. 30 minutes later truck comes back and they can't do alignment because of the tires sticking out a little past edge of rim. Also said they don't have special machine to fit on outside of wheels to do my alignment. Toyota of slidell had no problems doing my last alignment with same alignment machine that Allen Toyota has. I also had 2 scratches on my front driver rim. Didn't notice until I saw it at store getting gas. Went back to show service advisor and he said there's basically nothing he can do because of the matte black finish. Allen Toyota has lost my business forever.

First off I am not sure why I have wait so long to get a Tacoma. Wow what a great truck. I just want to thank Mr. Cedric Theodore for helping me with the purchase of my new Tacoma. Very professional making sure every step of the way I was getting what I wanted. I am really surprised how quick everything went, maybe cause I was so excited and I still am. Everyone I come in contact with really likes my Tacoma maybe they are a little jealous. I told them where to go cause there are a lot more Tacoma's where this one came from. Thanks again Mr. Theodore and Toyota.

We were in the process of wanting to buy a car, planning to do this in August so I could get a few more bills out of the way before making this purchase. My wife Tammy and myself decided to go looking around after dinner on Tuesday, June 17th at different dealerships. It was late in the evening, just before 8 pm when we arrived at your dealership to take a look at what your place had to offer. A very nice gentleman named Leo Shelby came out to see us, made us feel very welcome and asked if there was something he could do to help us. He spent the next 30 minutes showing us 2 different Toyota cars, the Camry and the Corolla as we requested. He answered all of our initial questions, even opened up both cars for us to sit in them and get an idea of what we were looking for. There was no pressure on his part to try and sell us anything, but wanted us to understand the difference between those 2 cars and to answer any questions we had. Two days later, I called Mr. Shelby back to get answers to a few more questions that we forgot to ask at our first visit. After being satisfied with our questions answered and after talking with Tammy, we made the decision to come back to purchase the Camry. It was a very pleasant experience working with Leo, as well as getting to know the rest of your sales staff and the finance dept. Thank you for a job well done.

Very friendly personal. Very easy to schedule my maintenance for our new Camry Hybrid online. (We like the car very much!) They don't try to sell me things I don't need, just things I do need. This Toyota place has the best mechanics and personal in the area. Brought our other older Toyota Camry here too. Nice relaxing area to wait for your car being serviced. Very personal service! Great service department!

I checked into The Service Dept. And Right Away I Was Welcomed And Informed Of Everything About My Visit.They Looked On The Computer To See If My Car Had Any Recalls And Also The Service History Before I owned It. Luckily, Nothing Was Wrong With My Car, And They Explained In Very Easy Terms That I Could Understand That Nothing Was Wrong. I Felt Very Comfortable And At Home During My Whole Visit.I Also Had Some Questions About Some After Market Parts That Were Added To The Dashboard And Interior Door Handles. The Lady From Parts Went Out To My Car To Inspect The Parts And Told Me They Could Be Easily Removed.Everyone Was Very Warm And Welcoming And Informed. I Would Recommend Allen Toyota To Anyone For Purchasing A New Or Used Car.
