I had my Hyundai Elantra detailed on May 8th 2014 and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Dave the Manager is a class act. My daughters bought me the groupon Teflon package for Xmas and it was approx 50% off the regular price. auto club treated my car like I paid full price. I've been here several times over the years and every time I get my car back I don't want to drive it its so clean. I highly recommend using Auto Club North Brunswick.

Took my car there after purchasing "executive" package through amazon local. Easy appointment setup within a couple days of my first call to them. Got the car back and it is like showroom fresh. Clean even in the cupholders! They were even able to get a bunch of small superficial scratches out. Car looks new! Highly recommend this shop!

Brought my car to The Auto Club today for the Teflon Package Detail. Originally price is $300. I am beyond upset with the service/customer service I recieved. I picked up my car and noticed that it looked as though I went to a quick 5 minute, $10 vacuum and window wash drive through car wash. None of the compartments were cleaned, the seat track was not touched, i asked about the ceiling of the car, Steve, "The Manager" said they DO NOT touch the top of the inside of the car. Extremely upset with having pay $99 for a car wash, and an additional $7.49 for tax that your not told about until you pick the car up.. I called and spoke to Steve and told him I was really unhappy and that my car was dirty in certain areas, he than went on to tell me how my car is disgusting and was very rude and unprofessional. He told me that I would not get my money back because the services were already performed. I tried to explain to him that the car seemed like it was vacuumed and a little shampooing on the floors and seats. I asked for the owners name, he hung up on me. I will carry on with sending a letter and pictures to the BBB and hope that no one falls for any of there Groupon Specials, and DEFINATLEY DOESNT PAY FULL PRICE!

I see the Auto Club is up to their scam again on Groupon. So I purchased this "$99 remote starter" deal back in January and I got sucked into the scam just like countless others have and will. Yes there is a small mention of " Most vehicles model-year 2000 and newer will require bypass for factory security system, not included." which basically just means you're going to actually pay $300! So I ended up paying because I already bought the Groupon. Then I did a little test. I called them a few weeks later and asked what the cost of a remote installer would be for my same car type; without a Groupon. And guess what the price was? $300! OH! So they are trying to trick people into buying this Groupon just to generate attention. It's a brilliant scam, I'll give them that. And if you're still not sure then answer this question. Why would a company offer such a deal like this twice within 3 months? The idea of using Groupon as a business is to generate a customer base, not lose money constantly on a "can't miss deal". They know what they're doing here. If that's still not enough, the overall atmosphere of the place was really off. The guy who I paid kept all of the money within pockets all over his body. There was no cash register. He also did not offer me a receipt, I had to wait 10 minutes before he got me one. It's just really shady. He had thousands of dollars in cash on his body. As far as the product itself, well it works but, I mean it's not too great. You need to have a complete clear line of sight to get the car to start. Often times I'm standing in the window of my house and I have to activate the starter 2-3 times before it actually works. You would be much better off going to your dealership and having them do it to factory standard. Please, don't support this company. Groupon shouldn't allow them to rip people off like this. Edit: 3/25/2013 - LOL. Look at this post by "Kerri Ann", an obviously planted review by the owners/friend of owners. Look, I dare you to go by that obviously fake, scripted review by Kerri. If you still have doubts about what I said here, just make sure you get it in writing how much the total cost is before you make any purchases. Don't make the mistake I did and get tantalized by that $99 in big bold font.

I brought in my Lincoln MKx 2011 to the Auto club. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I worked closely with Dave the manager. Dave noticed there was scratches and dings on my car right away. He spoke with me about making some repairs which they did an amazing job at a great price. My car was also very dirty, after a vacation trip. They gave me a full detail and cleaned every part of my car. I couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done on my vehicle. Its honestly better then when i got my car from the dealership. Since I got this done in the summer I recently went back to get a remote start from Dave and the auto club. They installed it within 3hrs and then took the time to show me how to work it. I haven't had any issues or problems and I couldn't be more pleased. I try to refer as many people as possible to the auto club my experience has been great.

I drive by the autoclub all the time and constantly see really nice, clean cars parked outside. I had always wondered how there service was, so when i saw a groupon for a $99.00 detail i couldnt resist. When i brought my car in Dave and Mike were a pleasure to deal with! They took the time to look at my car explain what scratchs would come out and what would not and basiclly how the car would be done. When i picked my car up i was extremely impressed with there work! I have since been back with both my wife and sons cars and have recieved the same great service. I would highly recommend this shop.

I recently bought a $99 remote start Groupon for my Honda Accord. Before I purchased the Groupon I contacted the Auto Club as per what the ad said to inquire if any additional parts will be needed for my vehicle. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of David. He informed me that my vehicle had a coded key and would require an additional $135 bypass taking my total investment for the start to $234. ( the $99 Groupon and $135 bypass). To me this was a great value considering most shops in the area I had called were charging way over $300 for the same system. When I booked the appointment, I explained to David that I was driving from over 35 minutes away and I would have to wait for my vehicle. He explained that wasn't a problem and actually scheduled the vehicle as their first remote start appt. for the day to get me right in and out. The service was great, I only had to wait only an 1hr in their waiting room. David took his time explaining the system to me and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns and that the unit installed had a lifetime warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Auto Club again. Very satisfied!

The person who took my car his name was David. I did a 294$ value teflon express detailing which I purchased from groupon. This guy charged me additional 7.5$ and even he broke my speedometer glass and he was criticizing my car, that it is old rather than admitting his own mistake..... Please click before and after pictures!!! I dont think so I will ever refer anyone. He is just BRAGGER and not DOOER....... 0/10 ON CUSTOMER SERVICE
