Professional. Knowledgeable. Creative. Ethical. Reasonably priced. Best descriptors of this company. They don't try to shove stock products on you but rather treat your home as if it their own. With backgrounds in interior design, they're also great about seeing the big picture--things like flooring, existing colors and matching textures in the room. They have tons of suggestions but are very quick to listen to your own ideas and opinions. What a great experience!!

One of our more negative stays in an Embassy Suites I've ever had. The construction was one thing--we knew it was happening. But upon making reservations, we stated our hesitancy b/c of the noise. The reservations person allegedly called the local hotel and assured us there would be no more construction from 530-545pm on Saturday evening until Monday morning at 9am. This was a total lie. I should have guessed they didn't even call the local hotel b/c their reservation desk is not even in the US, but rather from an overseas reservations group. (Beware of this problem--they'll do anything to make the sale). But then on Sunday they began doing work in a (NEXT DOOR ROOM) that caused the air vents to flood with an overwhelming paint thinner smell. I just feel like if you're under THAT much construction and guests have to put up with that much noise and crap, your staff should be WAY more accommodating with small amenities like keeping the hot water stocked and coffee fresh in the lobby. Nearly every single time I went through there either the coffee had timed out or the water was cold or empty. Then to have an elevator go down without priority given to repairing it seems so ludicrous. That's a small thing that makes a HUGE difference. The up side was that the room (barring the head spinning thinner smell) was clean and comfortable. The omelettes are still the best. The manager who had to relocate our room was nice. The checkout staff was very helpful to locate my mom's walking cane and the shuttle drivers were very friendly.
