I did call twice for Harold Hurst and Left two messages, Of course It did not surprise me that I never received a call back. again, No communication skills, and the customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen.
San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep
11910 Interstate 35 N, San Antonio, TX 78233
Not only did I spend my beautiful Saturday inside at this horrible dealership with no complementary drinks (water) or snacks but I got conned into running my credit. I walked in the dealership looking at a used vehicle for about $17,000. I told the salesman about my bad credit and that I needed to trade in my vehicle that I was upside down in. The only reason I came in the first place was to look into trading my car. He gave me and my husband this lecture that it would be an easier approval and more money for my trade-in to buy a new vehicle (2014) because the have bigger rebate and la-la-la, So they gave me my options I wanted a bigger vehicle then what I had they said they would approve me for a Dodge Journey, sold me the car, and took it on a test drive. After that I was Interested. The manager Ryan told me either he would give me more for my trade in or lower the price on the vehicle. AFTER 6 HOURS... they finally got an approval, but guess what it was not for the vehicle which they promised to get me in, It was for a small Chrysler 200 @ $500/mo and a $2000 down payment on top of my trade in. I thought this was ridiculous and quite frankly I did not appreciate the fact that they lied to me promising one vehicle and approving me for another smaller unattractive vehicle. I called them out on what they had originally told me and wanted to speak to the manager. He then brought back a different manager with him Ron Sutton and he sarcastically explained that my vehicle was in the negative and not worth very much and that I have no other options except for this little car, as I was trying to explain why I feel that the amount offered to me for my trade in was substantially low for a Toyota in great condition, He mocked me and reminded me of the high mileage on it. They gave me a print out of my approval and I left telling them I was not interested. I called the salesman after I got home and asked to explain why I was approved for $21,000 but they couldn't put me in a used vehicle which I wanted in the first place, He told me he did everything he could and got me a "conditional approval" and its not in his hands anymore. To top it off He told me he was busy with another deal. WOW!!! I will never go back to them and I will never recommend anybody to go here!! Please be really careful when you go in with a trade they will bullsh*t you in to believing one thing and come out with the complete opposite. horrible communication horrible customer service!!
