FINALLY, AFTER FOUR WEEKS IN MELBOURNE, I FINALLY FIND GOOD COFFEE

I'm a bit surprised that it took me this long, but there were a couple of reasons. First, on day one I noticed that my manager has a coffee maker in his cubicle, and he described the free coffee in the break room as "lousy". I chatted with him about good coffee in the area, and he seemed to think that Indian River Coffee was the only place.

I guess I shouldn't have taken his word for it, but since I've been trying to maximise my savings, I quickly settled into a routine of drinking that swill from the break room.

Anyway, Anaya serves Counter Culture, as well as a roaster from Gainesville called Sweetwater that they describe as roasting darker.

Fast wifi, outlets, tall tables, a patio, a friendly owner, AND a proximity to make Pokestops make this coffeehouse a winner, and the only thing that will keep me from being a regular every morning will be my budget. I may en up just coming a couple of times a week, and alternating between a single origin pour over and their blend.
