Paper Co. Cafe resides within a large building that houses a church, which explains why I had such a hard time finding parking on a Sunday morning.

When not so crowded, I can see this being a great space to hang out--wide open and lively, with food options, plenty of tables, outlets, and wifi (but no tall tables).

The coffee itself comes from a local roaster new to me, Mueva Coffee. I was in a hurry and just had the drip, a single origin from Brazil, but it turned out to be a bit too dark for my tastes.

I look forward to returning and trying one of their V60 pour overs, maybe discovering a lighter bean.
