Despite four trips through Savannah since I started seeking out indie cafes, I only just now got around to seeking out and wisiting one of its roasters, Perc Coffee.

First thing I noticed was the space, which is quite unusual--large, almost industrial, with the roastery and office spaces in full view. I rather like it--almost reminds me of Coava in Portland.

A selection of roasts, all light, as well as brewing methods, including V60 and Chemex (only for two cups), and I walked away with a superb V60 brew of their Colombia Pasto.

Super-friendly barista/owner, as well as all-around eclectic wibe left me wishing I'd had more time to spend there.
