I do not often see European roasts in America, but I encountered Tim Wendelboe earlier this year at Pour Cleveland, a coffeehouse that has impressed me by bringing in interesting beans.

I made a mental note to look for them, and by coincidence a passenger at the airport, who overhead me talking about my project, recommended them too.
EXCELLENT COFFEE, the best I've had in months!!!

Their Ethiopia Nano Challa, brewed on an Aeropress, went down smooth as could be even without sugar, and when I sweetened it, I tasted heaven.
