Omaha has really blossomed with independent coffee since my last time through, and this article listed more shops that I could this time around...

I chose Aromas Coffeehouse as my first stop because of it's proximity to the Old Market, which Lisa wanted to visit, and the drip coffee they had, an Ethiopia, turned out to be excellent.

The coffeehouse, also a bakery, is large, with plenty of outlets and wifi (although you'll have to pay for street parking), and I look forward to trying some more of their roasts.

They also had a sweeeeeet t-shirt, depicting a wariety of brewers, that I wanted, and hope to get when I'm not on such a tight budget.
