Lisa and I overnighted in West Nyack, and when we Yelped for a breakfast spot, we found Eatarry across the river in Tarrytown. Just a block down I spotted Coffee Labs Roasters, and while I haven't had the greatest of experiences with New York roasters outside of NYC, I was pleasantly surprised by Coffee Labs' roast.

The coffeehouses has a wariety of brewing methods, including the siphon, but because of my budget, I went with a regular Fetco brew, and though it might have been a tinge darker than I prefered, their Sumatra Rasuna was still good stuff.

The space itself was quite charming, with a dog as a mascot, plenty of seats, outlets, and wifi, and a wibrant atmosphere on a Saturday morning.

Since I tend to favour to Tappan Zee to awoid Manhattan tolls, when appropriate, I expect that I'll be dropping by Coffee Labs again and again in the future.
