Spyhouse Coffee was one of the first third wave coffeehouses that I wisited in Minneapolis, way back in 2012. In the five years since, the company has expanded quite a big, to five locations, and they have also started roasting.

Yes, it is disappointing that they no longer serve Coava, one of my favourite roasters, but I have to say that the Fetco-brewed Guatemala roast that I enjoyed was excellent.

I was running late, so I was not able to take in the space, except to note that one needs a code to access the bathroom, but I did like that part of the city, and I will definitely have to return to this Spyhouse location when I have more time.
