The Orange chicken with noodles was so horrible I could not eat it. My granddaughter ordered chicken and noodles, but could not eat the chicken. She asked me to taste it and it was NOT good. My husband had the same reaction. My husband ordered the Pepper steak with rice. He said it was good at first, but soon changed his mind. My son-in-law and grandson did enjoy their sushi. I was not pleased that they added their gratuity in, themselves, with a space to add more. We did not have a large group, just 4 adults, an 8 year old, and a young teenager. I tip 20% The service was pretty good, a nice young man. But, I am sorry to say that the food was inedible.

They reduced the food portions and the prices are the same. They tried to tell me that for the sesame chicken, it's the same portion but they serve it in a small bowl now, compared to the entire plate they used to serve. I am VERY disappointed, this restaurant used to be fantastic, now it's become mediocre. No doubt, the management is trying to take advantage of the popularity of the restaurant.

I eat here often, have had food here different times of the day, so my experience will give you an idea of how it is all the time. Don't be fooled by the restaurant in a shopping mall look, this place is award winning and known for its Asian cuisine, the open look sushi bar, specials, decor, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did you know that is your order is not correct it actually comes out of your servers check, teaching them accountability and making sure that great customer experiences are provided. on Wednesdays they have half off appetizers, and on Thursdays they have deals on sushi rolls. The food is remarkable and made to your preference. I request all of my sushi rolls two have soy paper and to be tempura deep fried and they do it for me everytime. I request that my shrimp in my fried rice be tempura deep fried and they accommodate my requests. The food is always hot, season properly, and made traditionally. I have gotten several people to admit they like Chinese food or Asian food after eating here whereas before they wouldn't dare eat it. They always have deals on Groupon so you can get almost half off and that includes alcohol in the Groupon offer. Definitely go check it out, during lunch lunch time its really quiet and not a lot of people if you don't like crowds. On nights where they have specials it's a lot more people and sometimes they can be understaffed but well worth the wait.

I want to respond to the but negative review by TN Reviewer. I was in the restaurant at the time of his incident. He attempted to use a dinner groupon at lunch which the manager allowed him to do. At the end of his meal which costs $20 he wanted $10 in change from the manager as he did not use his whole coupon. He was rude and abusive to the waitress. When the manager came he continued to be rude and demanding. The manager was both professional and gracious in his response but explained that he could not refund cash on a third party coupon. He stated that he would give TN Reviewer a gift certificate for the restaurant which was turned down. TN Reviewer then proceeded to inform the manager that he would pay with his debit card and that he was going to leave a negative review. After the disruptive narcissist left the diners in the surrounding tables complimented the waitress and manager on the professional and courteous way in which the situation was handled. Everyone that witnessed the scene agreeed that TN Reviewer was in the wrong. Judging by TN Reviewers dress the "business" meeting was pretty informal as he was in warmups. It appears that his understanding of the english language was limited and there is no such thing as free money otherwise everyone would come in with coupons, eat less than the amount and get a cash reward. In summary he was a large rectum. Hey Chad, your rebuttal was as poorly thought out as your using a dinner coupon at lunch. Check the website, it list the managers name. I was at lunch with my wife in the booth at the window. The "good people" of Mt Juliet who witnessed your act all agreed with the manager (not me) and thought you were a turd. The loss of you as a customer will probably not cut as deep as you hope. Who uses the term "good people" ? You must be an attorney, used car salesman or village idiot.

The food is better than most other Chinese restaurants in the area, but a little on the pricey side. The inside of the restaurant is nice with a relaxed environment that's ideal for date night or meeting with a friend. The service is friendly and tentative, even when the restaurant has it's busiest times on nights and weekends. Overall, my experiences at Fulin's we're good and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

Food was slow all tasted the same, seemed same sauces for each item. The manager was rude when we told him one of the entrées was COLD, it was evident it wasn't fresh.
