Shocked to discover this location does not have a self-service kiosk for salad bar only. Had to wait in line for 10 minutes just so someone could swipe my card, hand me an empty plate and point me towards the salad bar. Not coming back to this location. The salad bar was fresh and tasty so 2 stars I guess.

As a weekly customer im usually HAPPY with my food and service. However today a coworker and myself ordered our caesar salad. The salad was warm with melted cheese, brown lettuce, and the chicken had a funny taste...similar to tuna. We decided to call the store to express our dissatisfaction. After speaking to AMBER she had no empathy whatsoever and immediately engaged a manager...JEREMY. Jeremy acted as if we were making up this story and stated he would go and taste the chicken. When asked for his GM he gave the name and disconnected the call. As a Supervisor in a customer service department he could have atleast APOLOGIZED and acted as if he cared. After purchasing food and recommending coworkers and friends since they opened in our area i will take my business elsewhere.

The food was delicious with great variety. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean with plenty of seating. We will definitely return again soon!
