I had a GREAT experience at this location. My apppointment was 9am, she arrived shockingly to me at 8;30AM!! Prices were posted in clear view, a little bit on the pricey side . Leidy was very gentle, courteous professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. I will definitely be returning again!!! My hair had great bounce to it. My stylist was Leidy!!! Leidy YOU ARE A GEM!!!! THANKS A BUNCH!!! Pleased PAT!!!

I absolutely love the way they do hair. I've been coming to this salon for about 3 years now, have not been diappointed. However, it can get a bit pricey depending on the length of your hair. Nonetheless, they have done a great job on my hair every time especially when I would dye it. If you so happen to visit I typically get my hair done by Leidy. She is very good!

This experience has been absolutely dreadful. My hair comes down about two inches passed my shoulders so when I called ahead to schedule my appointment I mentioned this fact and asked the lady on the receiving end how much extra it would cost me. The woman kept on saying that she would "look it up", but refused to reveal the cost, even after I waited five minutes on the phone. Anyhow, when I arrived at the salon, the clerk was adamant that I never made an appointment, and did so quite rudely. I had to wait about an hour and a half for the next open spot, and when the window had finally arrived, the hairstylist informed me that I had to pay an extra $80 on top of the groupon to pay for it because my hair was to long (it wasn't). I told her that the price was absurd, and she replied that that was her price and that she didn't care about what I did with the groupon. When I told her that I had to drive a half hour, and then wait here for an hour and a half, she gave pretty much the same response. From the look of the customers that had already had their hair styled, the end result wasn't much better than their almost comically bad service. On every website, it seems that some of the salon's own employees write positive reviews just to put the many negative ones under the bridge.

Tried this salon for the first time today using a coupon I purchased from groupon. The groupon falsely advertised haircut because they charge an extra $20 when it should be included. One of the worst experiences I've had at a salon and my hair looks horrible. It looks dry and lacks style. They overheat your hair with their styling methods. My 5 year old granddaughter could have done a better job! Beware...

I have been looking for months for a stylist who knows exactly what I want my hair to look like and Leidy achieved that! She listened and pretty much just knew what would look best on me. Leidy is AMZING with blowouts- I wish she could do my hair every day. Her entire staff is friendly. I have recommended her to several friends, in which one of my friends was able to set a block appointment for her bridesmaids and self on her wedding day! You cannot go wrong here.

This was my first time going to a Dominican Hair Salon and I was very pleased with the customer service and end results of my hair. I have heard horror stories about the heat from the hair and blow dryers in establishments like this, but that was not an issues here it was bearable to me. I can't comment on the customer service, I was the only customer there so of course they were friendly. I also received a free deep conditioning treatment because of a special they were promoting that day. I will be headed back in 2 weeks and will gladly post that experience if it varies from this one. I found the salon on Yelp and decided to give it a chance due to all of the positive and current reviews that were posted.

I purchased a Groupon for this establishment for $45 which stated it was good for "One haircut, conditioning treatment, style, blow-dry, and partial or full highlights". I saw that there would be an extra surcharge for hair longer than shoulder length (all the Groupon stated was "Additional fee for hair longer than shoulder-length."), but figured I'd get my hair cut to shoulder length as part of the package prior to getting the highlights applied - and if there still was a surcharge I would deal with that. When I made my appointment on the phone, I was advised again that since my hair was longer than shoulder length (it's about 3 inches past my shoulders, not unreasonably long), there would be a surcharge. I asked how much, I was told probably $20-30, which was acceptable thought not optimal. When I got to my appointment, I was advised that the extra surcharge would be $70. This is like 150% more than the original price of the Groupon. That means that the total amount I would pay for this experience would be $115, plus tip. I don't feel like $70 is a reasonable "additional fee" for an extra 3 or so inches of hair. I can get a cut and highlights for cheaper than that at many establishments without even needing a special deal. I feel that the deal was deceptive, and I left without using it and have requested a refund from Groupon.
