Custom NASCAR style fuel cell top. Existing fuel cell top was reverse engineered and customized to accept an AeroMotive fuel pump and a new fuel level sender. This part is being installed in a '64 Plymouth Fury being built by Ray Evernham Enterprises.

+Haas Automation, Inc. In response to your post about what we are working on:

I had to knock this bad boy out today. It's made from 17-4 H900 stainless, is 3" long with a 1.25" diameter and gets a 27/32" - 20 ID thread.

Turned it on the TL-1 and milled it on the TM-1 4th axis rotary.

From an old personal post... Things we do because we can. This is an update to my 31 year old Peugeot bicycle. I wanted to get rid of the plastic bodied Simplex derailleurs that were giving me grief so I replaced them with some Suntour Honor components I ripped off an old Maruishi donor. The only problem was that the rear derailleur cage was much too short for my gearing. So after searching eBay with no success I made up this new stainless set. They only weigh a couple more ounces than the originals. Of course, the bike weighs 34lbs already, so what's the diff?

Got some more surface reconstruction happening... I start by roughing in the main panels. If anybody has any comments or techniques to share, let 'em rip.
