Parking is a nightmare. With two small children in tow, I attempted to go to the Apple store, only to discover it had moved- to the complete opposite side of the VAST outdoor shopping areas! And the Victoria's Secret and PINK stores which used to be conveniently located indoors, near Cameron Mitchell's Ocean Club have both moved far, far away out into the vastness of frigid outdoor shopping. UGH! Good luck finding a directory of stores in the IMMENSE outdoor areas or even an information center anywhere outside. Oh right, employees don't want to work at in information booth out in the freezing cold! Guess what; I don't want to be wandering around aimlessly in the freezing cold searching for a store that I used to know right where it was!! If you have children, you should especially avoid shopping here. It is definitely NOT KID FRIENDLY! There are NO "soft-play" areas for children anywhere, even inside the "arcade" which seems more like a bar with video games than a place for kids. And when someone suggested I rent a bicycle to get to the location of the new Apples store that's "walking distance" I asked, "where is the trailer to tow my two small kids"? This place is extremely inconvenient! I suggest you go to Polaris Mall especially if you have small children. Polaris actually has a nice indoor "soft-play" area for kids and unlike Easton, it is comfortable for both kids and grown-ups, all-year-long. There is nothing at Easton that you can't find in a real mall or online. Easton developers, you should have taken example from Mall of America (also in a very cold climate) when planning to build this monstrosity! The Mall of America store directory is updated DAILY and they even tell you which parking lot or parking garage to use to get you closest to your desired stores. IMO, the VAST outdoor shopping at Easton should be seasonal and close-up shop during the winter. And don't even get me started on the lack of seating in the center of the indoor area... several eating establishments are in close proximity to one another (Five Guys, Panda Express, Planet Smoothie, Auntie Anne's) but it in no way resembles a "food court" as there is NO seating! We had eight people trying to eat together and our kids were sitting on the floor! Unacceptable!

Best mall in all of Columbus, Ohio (which isn't saying much). Very family friendly. Nice to walk around - weather permitting.

My family and I have been venturing down to Columbus for this mall for years. We come from a tiny town and it was always a big deal to come down here for a few days to shop, and eat, and just enjoy time together. People are right, the parking is a nightmare, but I have never had any issues with staff, security, or otherwise. Once you're parked, just stay there, and walk everywhere. Highlights for us are always the Barnes and Noble, as well as Lush, Anthro, and C.Wonder.

A lot of places to eat, but not much else. The workers at the movie theater were rude and refused to let us talk to the managers. This was the last big night I had with my husband before he left for basic training in the military. We left feeling angry and it ruined everything. Definitely a big let down.
