How can people screw up this business up? Most of the time beers on the menu are not available. Maybe you guys are focused on your wholesale customers rather then the one who are coming directly to you. The food that is served is shameful. Breakfast sausage on a pizza? Really, say you are out, don't cut up the little links that you had left over from your Sunday morning brunch. The waitresses need to be able to take more than one drink order at a time. I saw three different tables go directly to the bar to get there own beer during their meals. Good thing for you that you offer that weekday 5 dollar lunches. That's your one smart move get the fixed income people in there during slow times that will keep you going.

Great beer and food! Lovely hometown feel. But they've gotta come up with a pub pretzel

PROS: Good beer, sweet building. Kid-friendly. CONS: Food is kind of bland and unwelcoming.

Always good beer, decent food and nice folks... we're so fortunate to have TBT around here.

The food was pretty good, that's the best I can say about it. Like other reviews, the service is terrible. We waited for 20 minutes or so for a table which wasn't an issue as we were told the wait when we arrived. We ordered drinks and the meal at the same time and the drinks took a good 10 minutes to arrive. When the food finally did arrive around 40 minutes later, my wife's meal was not correct but by that time she was famished, so she ate it and it was very good. They only charged us the price of the special that she ordered. My daughter also ordered dessert, but after 15 minutes of waiting for that, we decided that we had had enough and settled up and left. If they could get their act together with staff, this place might have something, but for now, I'd keep driving.

Great lunches, great dinners. $5 Burger & Beer on Wednesday nights. We always get good service and the food is always good, from prime rib to pizza, sandwiches to salmon. Don't have to park a mile away, they take all credit cards and have full bar service. And it's in Williamsburg, such a cute little town. Love The Brewmasters.

I've never had a good experience when dining at the Brewmaster's Tavern. Knowing this, we'll go only as a last resort and it's so bad that we still end up regretting it. So at this point being continually disappointed we'll drive a town over to avoid this place. The food is standard to poor varying from plate to plate at prices that don't match what's served to you. My friend ordered nachos to go and was given a to-go container full of tortilla chips out of a bag with a separate container full of CHEEZ-WHIZ(!) Another time, I ordered the fondue was served with a tiny votive candle as the only source of heat for the cheese. Needless to say, it cooled off almost immediately. During the summer, we were seated outside at one of the picnic tables, we were left out there for 45 minutes after our meals were finished without a server visiting the table or offering the check. Like another reviewer stated it really is a shame how lousy the food is since the building and location are beautiful and of historical significance as well.

The fresh OPA-Opa beers were excellent and the ambiance was nice as well.
