Overpriced pasta, not enough food, and poor service. Ordering is very confusing.

I love Figo and eat here about once a week. You can't beat the prices for the quality of food

While I'm a big fan of pasta, and really do love Figo, I won't be eating at the little 5 location ever again. My coworker and I both got horrible food poisoning after having lunch here, and we both had completely different meals! (I'm blaming the Parmesan cheese, but it could have been anything.) Who gets food poisoning from pasta!??!?!?

We've eaten at this location since it opened & noticed that the quality of food has gone down. Tonight our server greeted us with "sorry, we ran out of bread" and when we asked a manager about that she said that "they were not allowed" to go & buy more for the rest of the night's service. Whaaat?? We ordered a pasta dish w/chicken & peppers red sauce but when it came to the table there was no chicken in it at all. What I disliked most about tonight was the lack of knowledge by the server & "manager" of the dishes (obviously the cooks too) - they acted like they had no idea that chicken was part of that sauce. They brought us a small dish with a little chicken in some sauce in it & seemed irritated that I was not jumping for joy. It was a joke & if I was the server, would not have brought it to the table. Is this a real restaurant or not?? Tonight it hit me that the Figo servers are truly nothing more than food runners. I guess I have given them more credit in the past b/c the service they showed tonight did not require any skill at all. The food was actually ok, the service shows the lack of quality control that appears not to be just a one-time thing but more of a trend based on my last few visits there.

This is the closest thing I've found to the pasta I had in Italy! The pasta is made fresh and made to order with choices of delectable sauces. Personal favorites include the Zucca (a butternut squash ravioli), pasta with funghi or amatriciana sauce. For a change of pace, I like the Proscuitto and mozzarella panini (sooo delicious!), the lasagna (the closest thing I've had to my mothers lasagna which was made entirely from scratch!), or the crsip and tasty mista di campo salad. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food hardly ever disappoints. To make matters even better, their prices are very reasonable. Figo is definitely one of my favorite Atlanta places!

While this is the first time we've eaten at the Edgewood location, I think the original one is by far the best. The salad wasn't great, my eggplant parm just ordinary and the wait staff not nearly as engaging as usual.
