Had an appointment for a 30,000 service this morning at 8:45am. Didn't get the car till 12:30pm which is almost 4 hours later. I tolerated the hour and a half oil changes with them everytime I go there. But the latest service is beyond ridiculous at this place. If you got better things to do than spend half a day at the dealer with your vehicle, trust me just go else where for all your services. I ain't going back there again.

I love my new 2016 Mazda3 iTouring. Similarly, I couldn't be more impressed by their easy going, low pressure, sales approach. I'll definitely be buying my next Madza from Liberty Mazda in Wakefield, MA.

I worked with Fridrick when it came time to lease a new car - he made the process easy and enjoyable... and made me feel human again after a horribly numbing visit to another dealer. Every time I'm in for an oil change he stops by to say hello and he even gives me a call when something interesting hits the "used car" inventory. I would 100% send a friend their way!

The dealership here was very quick, friendly and efficient. I walked in and within minutes I was already on a test drive. Needless to say, Jim Samson guided me through the process of buying a new car and I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the service. If you're looking for a straight-forward, no headache place to purchase a Mazda, go here.

Amazing Job!!!!!Paul from sales and Matt from Finance. I had recently gone through a total loss and they both made the process of getting a new car super painless. They went over every detail and made sure I understood all the ins and outs of the car. Even when I thought that I was being a pain at the last minute by changing the color of the car, Paul's patience and kindness was unwavering. Thank Liberty Mazda for turning my "Total" experience into the "Best" experience!

Two weeks ago I called to make a service appointment for a basic oil change and to have some recall item fixed. The recall required them to sand down a bit of the steering wheel so that it wouldn't jam. I was told that for this appointment I couldn't get in for two weeks. That brings me to today. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked them to make a note that the car had to either be finished before 930 or that I had to be provided a loan vehicle for the day. When I arrived early for the appointment I again reminded Jim B. that the car needed to be done before 930 or that I would need a car. He assured me that the car would be finished long before then. My appointment was at 815. At 9 I hadn't heard from him or anyone else to get an update on the car. When I walked to the service area to ask, a bearded gentlemen standing behind a service desk doing nothing told me that if Jim was the guy who checked me in I'd have to talk to Jim. Jim had a line of four people he was trying to check in and ignored me. At 920 I asked Howie if it would be possible for him to check me out. I expressed my annoyance and anger about being ignored for an hour and a half. Instead of an apology I got reprimanded like I was a child for having a tone. I was embarrassed and he continued his reprimand while doing finally checking me out at 935. By the time everything was done and I was out of there it was 945 and I was late for work. I'm never going back there. Jim ignored me for an hour and a half and Howie treated me like a second class citizen. Whoever the service manager was wasn't even there to complain to. Went in for a 30k mile oil change. Was assured that it'd take less than an hour. Waited ignored for an hour and a half with no apology. Never going back. Don't waste your time, they don't respect you.

Fridrik Fridriksson has been a tremendous help for our family for our last two leased vehicles through Liberty Mazda. We have a local Mazda dealer in our town but we specifically prefer doing business with Fridrik. He was quick to answer all questions in a language we can understand, helped us understand our lease options and payments so there were no surprises and ensured we were fit into our dream vehicles with a payment we could comfortable manage. He was very helpful when we couldn't make up our mind and took the time to test drive different options with us. We will be loyal customers as long as he is working at Liberty Mazda!
