Brooke was a great sales person throughout the whole buying process! Had a great experience from the moment I walked through the door to when the time I drove off in the new Mazda 6! She directed us through a test drive that handled all conditions so I got a better feel for the vehicle. She didn't put any pressure on me to buy a car. I will most certainly do future business with her and bring my vehicle in for service! I will be recommending this dealership to everybody I know that is looking for a new vehicle!

Liberty Mazda is an amazing dealership and Brooke in sales and Matthew in finance have the patience of saints. They stuck by my husband and I as we hit several issues along the way in purchasing our now newly owned Mazda CX-9. I'm sure most other people in this business would have told us to hit the road but they did not, they stuck by us til the end. I appreciate everything they did to make this very important purchase happen and highly recommend both of them and Liberty Mazda!

Awful customer service. The sales rep was completely rude and aggressive, and when we let the sales rep know that we did not like the service he did not care. He just laughed at us. No one cared. You enter the lobby and no one greets you. Based on other reviews this is not surprising, other customers had the same concern. I do not know how these guys still have such a bad customer service when it is obvious there are several unhappy customers. Oh wait! they simply don't care! I wonder how bad they after sales service is. We were looking for a Mazda 3 and they just lost client, good luck dealing with them. Mike, the "Internet Sales Manager" is the worst person you can talk to, he just left the table and left us talking alone. If this is when these guys are selling the idea of buying a car I don;t imagine what happens when you bring your car for service or repairs. We switched to Toyota, they do appreciate you as a client!

Watch out. I had worked with these folks before to buy a 2013 Mazda 3. I paid a few thousand below sticker. I have been negotiating on a 2015 Mazda 6 touring (manual) and I got the price down to 20,500. I was excited that this was a great deal. The paperwork comes out with the car price at 21000, with 500 deducted for Mazda loyalty--exactly as expected. Then we get to financing and I am informed that I agreed to finance through chase at whatever interest rate they determined. When i said i did not want to do this, they told me the price would increase by two grand. This came out of the blue and when i emailed the sales rep, he explained that i needed to go through Mazda financing. Another change in the story. Thankfully, I brought people with me both days to avow my account of things. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE--they use bait and switches, they will pressure you, and they will run you around and around. I'm going to Wellesley for this car. Liberty is officially on my sh*t list.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The entire buying process was a stressful disaster. This was our timeline of events. -test drove the car on Sunday. Brooke was excellent, we drove 4 hours to get this car as it was exactly what we wanted. As we were filling out the credit paperwork I asked their finance manager Frederick, what to put for my annual salary as I hadn't been there a year yet. He says "just estimate" so I did. We put our money down and were on our way. Thought it was strange that we were leaving without a vehicle, but live in Maine maybe they do things differently in Massachusetts. -next day, the bank wants paystubs for obvious reasons. We send in all the required paperwork (while on vacation from my phone, that's how helpful I was in getting this done) -for the next week and a half they jerk us around. The bank was hedging because my paystub didn't match my estimated annual salary (which I was told by their employee to do) - I finally get my dad to co-sign so we could get this deal done. -with my original deal, I agreed to an extended warranty of 3yr/36000 miles at the reduced price of $966. -business manager Matthew calls me and says "we got the deal done for you, got you a better interest rate, and gave you the 4yr/48000 mile warranty with a payment of ####" I even mentioned to him "same exact payment as before" he says "yeah I guess it is" -delivery of the vehicle the next day. I was under the impression they gave me the 4th year for all the hassle and 2.5 week wait. NOPE. They send a 3rd party for delivery and sign the paperwork. They "gave" the 4year warranty to the tune of $1900. Almost $1000 more than the original. My wife calls Matthew to discuss it, he tells her he discussed with me the up charge of the new warranty. NOPE. If he had id have told him to pound sand ill take the lower payment instead. -vehicle is in our possession. Came with dual DVD players (huge selling point for us we have kids) neither one works. They knew it was a huge deal for us, and just told us to "youtube" it to fix it. The car starts to fall apart and needs several things. We haven't even had it a month. -call the warranty company to get these things fixed, they tell me the salesman (Matthew) wrote the warranty wrong, and he wrote the expiration mileage as 48000 miles and our vehicle had 54000 at time of purchase. So basically we bought an expired warranty. -call the dealer to discuss it, Matthew tells us theres no way he did it wrong they're just reading it wrong. We tell him he needs to call the warranty company and fix it. He just keeps talking around in circles and telling us we have a 4yr/48000 mile warranty and they didn't do anything wrong. Completely unwilling to even make a phone call to help us out. -state of Maine sends us a letter saying they screwed up and need to send the title from the original Massachusetts owners to the state of Maine. Another thing they insisted they did correctly and aren't willing to look into. So I won't even be able to get the title upon payoff until they fix it, which they insist they did correctly and have no willingness to look into. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. Two months later and we're still fighting with a completely unwilling to help dealer. I work in customer service and this dealer is every thing that customer service tells you not to do to keep customers. They blame everyone else for their screw-ups, and try to intimidate you into backing down. I called the better business bureau and the attorney general and the only thing liberty Mazda did was try to intimidate me into rescinding my complaints instead of doing things to take care of me. If anyone has any issues they can contact me. My email is on my Google profile, I encourage everyone to go the better business bureau, as that is one thing they brag about is their BBB accreditation. They need to stripped of that accreditation as they're the epitome of slimy car dealers. This is just a summary of what was done to us. I didn't feel like typing all day.

Not even 1/2 star. Don't waste your time or your money here. I was looking for a mazda 3, or possibly a CX5, and even in these horrible winter conditions when their sales are really bad (the salesman acknowledged that fact), the guy dismissed me, was rude and pretended me to buy a car that I was not even able to drive (their tiny exhibition space is crammed with cars and the roads are icy...). Well, I took my business elsewhere! Guess a smarter employee will have a bonus. And if you have clients that shake your hand, please refrain from scratching your groin in public... a clear reflection of the treatment you give to your clients, as I see on the reviews...

Avoid this place at all costs. My wife brought her Mazda 3 in to have the AC fixed at the end of last summer and was told the compressor needed to be replaced and would be $1,100. I thought this was high but it needed to be done so we trusted them to do it. At the beginning of the next summer, wouldn't you know it, the AC was out again. I bring it back and they want me to sign something that says I'll pay $200 just to have them look at it. I refuse so they look at it anyway. They come back and say that there is a leak in one of the lines and now the condenser needs to be replaced. Cost would be another $1,300 after maybe 1 month of use from the previous summer. I was furious and brought it to another mechanic who had worked on my Nissan and I trusted. He told me there were no leaks, but the condenser did need to be replaced but would only cost around $400. He also told me that the compressor, which liberty had claimed they replaced, was junk and there was no way it was new. So not only did Liberty Mazda try to charge me for work that didn't need to be done, I'm pretty sure they charged me $1,100 for work they never did. These guys are crooks and I recommend you stay away.

I had an awesome experience at Liberty Mazda due to the excellent customer service provided by Chuck Marinaccio. He was professional, knowledgeable and responded to my emails quickly which helped move the process along. He was also extremely understanding when I brought family and a friend to help negotiate. I was also in on Saturday morning at 7:00 am for my inspection sticker and was impressed by the service. I love my Mazda 3!
