Two weeks ago I called to make a service appointment for a basic oil change and to have some recall item fixed. The recall required them to sand down a bit of the steering wheel so that it wouldn't jam. I was told that for this appointment I couldn't get in for two weeks. That brings me to today. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked them to make a note that the car had to either be finished before 930 or that I had to be provided a loan vehicle for the day. When I arrived early for the appointment I again reminded Jim B. that the car needed to be done before 930 or that I would need a car. He assured me that the car would be finished long before then. My appointment was at 815. At 9 I hadn't heard from him or anyone else to get an update on the car. When I walked to the service area to ask, a bearded gentlemen standing behind a service desk doing nothing told me that if Jim was the guy who checked me in I'd have to talk to Jim. Jim had a line of four people he was trying to check in and ignored me. At 920 I asked Howie if it would be possible for him to check me out. I expressed my annoyance and anger about being ignored for an hour and a half. Instead of an apology I got reprimanded like I was a child for having a tone. I was embarrassed and he continued his reprimand while doing finally checking me out at 935. By the time everything was done and I was out of there it was 945 and I was late for work. I'm never going back there. Jim ignored me for an hour and a half and Howie treated me like a second class citizen. Whoever the service manager was wasn't even there to complain to. Went in for a 30k mile oil change. Was assured that it'd take less than an hour. Waited ignored for an hour and a half with no apology. Never going back. Don't waste your time, they don't respect you.

Fridrik Fridriksson has been a tremendous help for our family for our last two leased vehicles through Liberty Mazda. We have a local Mazda dealer in our town but we specifically prefer doing business with Fridrik. He was quick to answer all questions in a language we can understand, helped us understand our lease options and payments so there were no surprises and ensured we were fit into our dream vehicles with a payment we could comfortable manage. He was very helpful when we couldn't make up our mind and took the time to test drive different options with us. We will be loyal customers as long as he is working at Liberty Mazda!

My wife and I have leased two vehicles from Liberty Mazda. The main reason was that Friðrik Friðriksson, was extremely helpful, straight to the point, no bs, and really helped us get exactly what we were looking for. A 2011 Mazda 3 and a 2014 CX9 as our family had grown. He made sure we got the car with the right color and every extra we were looking for. When our lease is up next year, we will certainly seek him out and get another vehicle from him. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a certified preowned CX-5 here. My salesman was Robert Everett and he was very laid back and helpful with looking at the car. I have a habit of asking questions that I already know to test my salesman. He knew alot about the car and was honest if he didn't instead of making something up. I bought the car, brought it home and the brakes started pulling the same day (something I did not notice on the test drive on a rainy day). I called Robert a couple days later and he told me to come in right away and he would take care of it. I came in and had a loaner car waiting for me so that I could go to work. The cars brakes were completely replaced within a few hours that same day. I suggest if you do go here see Robert he will take care of you. I am not an easy customer when it comes to purchasing cars and I know that.

I worked with Fridrick when it came time to lease a new car - he made the process easy and enjoyable... and made me feel human again after a horribly numbing visit to another dealer. Every time I'm in for an oil change he stops by to say hello and he even gives me a call when something interesting hits the "used car" inventory. I would 100% send a friend their way!

On May 2nd I called to schedule service on my Mazda Tribute (2004) and told them it needed a right rear bearing replaced. The appointment was scheduled for Friday, May 6th and I dropped the car off the evening before and repeated that it needed a right rear bearing replaced. I got a call in the afternoon telling me that I was correct that it was the right rear bearing and they wouldn't finish on Friday but they would complete it on Saturday. I told them that was fine, I just needed it back by mid-week. On Monday afternoon, when no one had called to tell me the car was ready, I called. I was then told that they had ordered a part that was "rerouted and wouldn't arrive until Wednesday morning." I specifically asked if they would definitely have the part in the morning so I could pick up the car that evening. I was assured that was the case. When I had not received a call by noon on Wednesday, I called again. I was then told that the part hadn't arrived yet but the parts department was on the lookout for it and would get it to the mechanic the moment it arrived. I did get a call back about an hour later letting me know the part had arrived but the job wouldn't be completed as the mechanics leave at 4 and it was a 3 hour job. I was frustrated but polite when I reminded them that I needed the car back the following day. On Thursday I was busy at work and didn't call until about 2 pm when I was told that, "I just called over to the mechanic to get an update on your car." But, apparently, the mechanic hadn't gotten back to him yet. I then asked where the mechanic was that prevented the service department to walk over and speak to him. It seems that the mechanics work in the building across the street and that's too far for him to walk. I reminded Scott that the car needed to be done and to call me right back with an update. 30 minutes later, at 3 pm I still had no call back and I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a sales manager who nicely looked into it and called me back to tell me that the mechanic was looking for a special tool that is needed for the job. I sort of lost it then and told him that it showed a special level of incompetence for a Mazda dealer to not be able to locate a special Mazda tool that was necessary for a job they had supposedly been working on for a week. Wally, who identified himself as the manager of the service team, did call me back after that. He assured me that the car would be ready when I arrived at 9 am on Friday. To his credit, the car was ready when I arrived at 9 this morning and that is the only reason I gave this business even one star. I requested that one of the owners call me and I am eagerly awaiting that call. I will never use this dealership for service again.

Purchased my 2nd Mazda from this dealer, I dealt with Fridrik Fridriksson both times. Probably the best car buying experience I have had in my life, I am 54 and have purchased dozens of cars for my business and personal use. No pressure at all, I was able to take the car for few hours to test drive. I normally do not write reviews but this was completely unexpected, I didn't expect to get the treatment I got purchasing a $25K Mazda. I have been very happy with both my cars a Mazda3 & Mazda6. I highly recommend the cars and the sales person Fridrik.
