I bought a CPO Mazda 6 from Liberty Mazda. Likes: 1. Had few concerns, called up their customer care and spoke to Chris. He ensured the concerns were addressed 2. Mike Romanov was very helpful 3. Jim from service dept was cool guy and was happy to share all the information I asked for. 4. Dealer got the Door paint redone on my request 5. Dealer got the key panel replaced on my request. Dislikes about CPO:(Its not about the dealership) 1. I did not really like the CPO inspection report format and the details it has. Mazda should capture detailed information than just a check box. 2. You have to inspect the vehicle thoroughly as there are lot of Damages that are considered 'Meets standards' of Mazda CPO. 3. Paint chip off from body, a big wide scratch on the door and broken remote key body were considered as 'Meets Standards' of CPO. Overall, I would recommend Liberty Mazda however suggest not to blindly trust Mazda CPO but inspect the vehicle thoroughly.

Michael Romano of Liberty Mazda did a great job of helping us determine if buying or leasing was our best option. He was also transparent in helping us find a good deal in the negotiation process. After we made our decision, he did a thorough job of explaining how to use all the electronics and navigation system.

Great service and helpful team. I leased a car from Fridrik. I was not completely set on getting a Mazda but his knowledge and willingness to work with me made me want to join the Mazda family! Will be recommending others.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at the Liberty Mazda dealership. I went to upgrade my lease from Mazda 3 to Mazda cs3. I expected this to be a stressful experience and expensive. But frankly, the staff was very friendly and tremendously helpful and they dealt honestly with me. Specifically, both managers, Michael and James, were exceptionally patient and took the time to figure out the best deal for me. Also, Phil spent over an hour showing me how to use all the controls and features in the new Mazda. I didn’t even notice that it was past closing time, nor did he ever mention that.Thanks you, guys. Hope to see you again in 3 years.

As always, Howie took great care of me. Car was serviced earlier than anticipated and Howie made sure to give me the option to pick up the car early. Also, since it had snowed, Howie did not hesitate to help me clear off my car as I left. Howie always does a great job in a very friendly and helpful way. I had a model and a price in mind when I walked in. Negotiations went quickly and smoothly...we reached agreement in about 15 minutes. I signed required documents, then picked up the vehicle three business days later. All personnel were respectful and knowledgeable...the experience was seamless.

Jim Samson, and in fact all the employees there, made us feel at home and that our business was really appreciated. They went the extra mile (pun intended; they made a trade with another dealer) to get us the exact car we wanted. It's beautiful and we're excited to be starting a long relationship with Mazda, with Liberty Mazda and with Jim for future sales.
