The service was sub par, the food was sub par (kind of bland), the portions were large. I do not recommend, there are much better Cuban restaurants in the city.

We were there on a weekday evening and the place was half full.A had to wait for 10 minutes to get our order places. The House appetizer platter was delicious and promising. The main courses were disappointing. The fried pork chops were so dry, one could not eat them. The fish, announced as grilled, was fried, too. A had to call the waiter everytime a few times, til he came and brought us some more to drink. At the end, he added the tip on the receipt, without saying anything. If I would like to eat Cuban next time, I will definitely try out some other restaurant.

This place just disappoints. It is too expensive for the quality and quantity of food served.

I went here on a first date and i have to say this was my first time eating Cuban. We had a potato dish and chicken chunks as appetizers. I wasn't too fond of the potato dish and the chicken chunks were extremely dry. As main courses we had the grilled fish with the green sauce. It was delicious! So i forgave them for the appetizers. The fish came with plantains, rice and black beans which were cooked perfectly. I live right around the corner so im glad I found some where to go eat that has quality, tasty food.

There is nothing bad to say about the food at this place! So I will tell you what I really LOVE here, which is practically everything I have tried. I would give all of the following 5 stars: Pulled pork - best ever, and I am a Southern Girl! Garlic Chicken or Shrimp - it is all in the sauce! Tamales - best I ever had! Twice Baked Potato - This is like a shepherd's pie! Margarita's - These are amazing and would put most bars to shame! This place is a definite must, and believe me, you will be back for more!!!!
