Moldova and the Ukraine are the most recent additions to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) designated countries list. Products manufactured or substantially transformed in a TAA designated country can be sold to the U.S. federal government through GSA Schedule Contracts.

GSA could be modifying the IT Schedule 70 Contract over the next few months to include options for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data, products, and services. GSA is collaborating with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) to offer its GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract as a procurement source for GEOINT solutions.
